Fannin Dry Cleaners reviews
8Used them many times! Very convenient, my clothes always come out looking great and receive them promptly. Definitely changing the dry cleaning game with the convenience and service!
It’s where I bring my white shirts. They’re the best. I bring all my shirts there, thank you so much. You deserve a six star review.
Dry cleaners are a dime a dozen.there just about on every corner of every block in most neighborhoods. What sets all these businesses apart are how they clean.or don't clean. They pretty much all do a great job of cleaning and or dry cleaning your clothes. These owners are detailed oriented and really pay attention to the customer. Prices are about avg.
I dropped off a coat to have it cleanned. My fiancé went to pick it up and is told the owner took it home because he thought it was his wifes. And they will have it done by 5. When I clme back in they offer no discount what so ever. I think that is pretty crappy.
Have you read Grapes of Wrath? Similarly, I was driven out of my comfy West Gray Cleaners after seven loyal years. They ruined a dress of mine and I was told their policy is "they aren't responsible for zippers. " Of course, she could get the manager to repeat that to me if I wanted. So, I had no choice, but to become a dry cleaner refugee - aimlessly roaming the dust bowl in search of an affordable and dependable onsite dry cleaning service somewhere in Medical Center/Museum District/Midtown.
Years (or at least what seemed like a Steinbeck-ian hour) later, I built up the courage to make the journey to OH Fannin Dry Cleaners. (TIP: OH is for One Hour. But they don't do one hour. I dunno. Must be the new hipster thing.) I dropped off on a Sat a.m. - the lot is small but it was empty. It's a sketch-lookin place but the peeps are solid and friendly as you would expect Ma Joad to be but maybe a little less English.
I picked up all over a week later because I was too lazy to deal with Medical Center/Fannin traffic during rush hour or ever. Cost me a few bucks more than my normal job at West Grey. Literally - $2. But all came back in the same shape I dropped them off - except cleaner - IMAGINE THAT? ! And they lived happily ever after.
I used this cleaners for about 10 years. In September 2016 they destroyed three new dress shirts and said I brought them in there like that. Over the years, they had messed up a few clothes here and there and I figured it was during the course of normal business and of course clothes do not last forever but this time I resented them for blaming me for their misdeeds.
I have used this cleaners for a little over 20 years and I have never had a problem with them. The staff is very friendly and professional. I count my pieces when I drop them off to avoid any issues with the count. My clothes are always ready at the specified time and date. I am extremely happy with the service they provide.
Horrific, worst destruction of clothes ever. White t-shirts came back stained with large back spots. 'Folded' Shirts had physical white powder on them and were more wadded than folded. I have never seen clothes turned into a cleaners returned in worst condition than dropped off.
