Fantastic Nails & Spa, Houston TX

After reading the review from Ms. Apple, I don't want that experience to have someone not give me service for a unknown reason! I just moved in this area a week ago and her review caught my eye. Currently looking for the right salon and this one I will have to pass up on!

Is this place still open? The reviews are on point. Went to this place a few months ago and they were patenteding to be busy then too with no customers maybe that's why they closed our always looks closed

First i will say this is the first time ive experience this at this business.
My last experience at the nail Solon (that I've been going to for over a year now) wasn't a pleasurable one. I made an appointment with Joy (very sweet lady) who does my feet and an appointment with the nail tech Kim. These two ladies have done my nails and feet for over 1 year. This week Kim refused to do my nails, and at first I thought maybe she had an appointment at the time I was coming to get my feet done. NOPE! She refused to do my nails period! I have no idea why, but I know she was upset I gave her $5 tip and I have Joy the regular $10. I always tip them both the same, but because of getting $15 in change i did it that way. With Joy I never have to go back and forth. With Kim it's always back and forth (after a year, she should know what I like). Once I asked everyone in the Solon if they had openings for the NEXT day and they all said no, It made me feel like she told them all to say no to me. I've been a valued customer and I've brought visitors with me to promote that Solon and I felt like Kim was childish for acting in that unprofessional manner over $5. I will continue to get my feet done with Joy as long as she will do them. If I don't get banned for my review. This review has nothing to do with good service because it's usually what I get, but not this time. So please tip well.

I always go to Hannah! She is so sweet and personable, I went today before my vacation and she definitely understood the look I was going for. My nails look exactly how they look on the inspiration picture that I showed her.

I would recommed this place, this was my first time here. Im thrilled with the results of my nails, the customer service was amazing, they were so nice and gentle with my hands. Im definitely coming back.

It’s for real a fantastic place. They do beautiful nails and I love the massage chair while my daughter is doing her nail

My first time going to this establishment. All I can say I will never ever go bk. The lady Hannah was nice with great customer service. Definely didn’t understand the ASSIGNMENT. I’m glad I went to know for myself but I will never go bk. She did the best she could I guess with her experience.

I live near this salon and was very impressed with the service received until I decided to do a girls day for my daughters and myself. My daughters toe became infected due to the salon using tools that weren't properly cleaned. I was severely disappointed because I've been there multiple times and I've never returned because this was so preventable.

Took my wife and 2 little girls to this place. This place is is literally a "HIDDEN GEM". Great atmosphere and very welcoming and Clean

In love with how they do my nails! They offer a weekday discount up to 15% off of services. The staff is very friendly and offers exceptional customer service. Also, they have an accessible menu for services the salon provides. If you're in search of awesome nail care please try them out. They also have wine!

They are so friendly, patient and really cared about my nails being to my liking. Also for my pedi I got the deluxe one I forget the name they actually give me my full time. They also don’t leave me in pain I’m a super delicate person. I know I know I shouldn’t be that picky but I am and they can handle me. Definitely taking more of my family here. My mom and sister loved it too.

New to this shop. After multiple failed nail experiences elsewhere, I finally found a shop able to do what I request. She took her time to ensure she did a good nail job even as the shop got busy. I will be back

I love this place. Customer service is 5 star. The quality of work from all the esthetician’s here is amazing. Very clean establishment and very welcoming atmosphere. You will feel like a King/Queen every single time. I recommended this place to anyone that ask me or my wife.

I am a frequent visitor, my first time I came in during the week after 5 pm. I had a great experience on both my hands and feet. My nails were beautiful when I didn't even know what I wanted when I came in! They are very helpful and responsive to your needs. They serve drinks and have options for designs, decals, etc. I accompanied my co worker and she chose a pink dip and the lady pulled out a couple of designs to add to the nail inside the acrylic. She got to choose some hearts and she did only one nail with a design and they came out BEAUTIFUL! She got so many compliments! I love this place and recommend it 100 percent.
