The manager nicely fixed my hair for me, even though it is darker than my natural hair color:) I love the way it came out, thank you again!

The workers were super nice and tried there best to help but totally ruined my color I wanted. A simple light brown ash. Instead, my hair was white and totally not the color I wanted. Will not come back for hair color.

She also layers it even. So when I put a curling iron to it. The hairs are even.

First time for men hair cut and will also be the last time. No wonder this place getting slower and slower. I had to go to a different salon to get my hair fix. Not surprise for an empty salon.

I have my haircut here and they've offered it with a smile and no additional questions. Place is great and the price reasonable.

Usually not bad but the guy who did my walk in was super snarky. I don't even think he knew it. Someone else had to come over and show him how to dance a fade. Not because I had to ask, because he had to. He couldn't handle my cowlicks and acted like he was way high on zanex.

I love going to Fantastic Sams. Sydney is amazing. She goes above and beyond for customer service. Everyone else there is also amazing.

I had a coupon for a free haircut and deep conditioning this location would not honor BAD BUSINESS I’ll never go here again Arlington will get my business even if I have to drive farther

Sydney is amazing! If you’re like me, and HATE getting your hair cut - I promise she’s worth the anxiety attack! Not only is she super sweet, she does an AMAZING job.

Wife went there for a haircut today and they did a piss poor job, she had to go to another salon to have their butcher job fixed.total bs.do not go here!

Great place for a reasonable priced haircut, perm or color. All the ladies are good that work there. I especially like D'Ann I've been coming to her for about 5 years. She is patient and listens to what you want. If you go there, tell her "old Mike" sent you lol.

Very bad experience I waiting for my cut hair around of one hour and just the young lady come and tell me that she can’t cut my hair because she have a appointment and she need to leave whatttttt! I’m so hungry with this people I will never come back them not have conderation for the costumers I never recommended this place to anybody with this irresponsable people!

Awful. My hair is EXTREMLY thin and the lady thinned in out! AFTER chopping my hair off to my chin which is absolutely not what I said I wanted. The whole perimeter of my head is covered in dye still along with the back of my neck. I have never written a review before and the first thing I did when I got home was this. A waste of 90 dollars.

Bad cuts on my kids and while my 8yo son was getting hair cut the lady getting hair cut was cussing and worker joking along with her. Manager did nothing! My little boy should not have to hear this in a so called professional setting. Never going back!

My husband had his cut for the first time there today. I sat and watched in the waiting area. As I watched I cringed. She took off so much with no fade. It looked like a bowl cut from the 90s. When will got home he looked in the mirror closer and saw the back side of his hair was completely uneven or at least what was left. He ended up just shaving his head. It looks way better having no hair then that cut. I would be imbarressed to be that stylist letting some one leave looking that bad.

My son and I go here all the time. Stylist are always great with my son who is 3. Have yet to have a bad experience.
