3Rude a$$ ladies. Don't work here if you hate helping other women. Can't nicely answer simple questions and patiently explain instructions of what to bring to an appointment. Viejas amargadas!
The ladies in here are so helpful and sweet. We went in today for my sons one year appointment and they were so patient, and even gave him a goodie bag on the way out. Government offices are never fun, but the women who work here are super sweet.
I had an in person appt scheduled 2 weeks out, I then get a call from the office saying it’s going to be over the phone instead of in person. So, they send a link to upload some documentation to renew my benefits. I went through the hassle to do all of this only to wait around for a phone call that never happened. I reach out to their call center and they let me know that it was indeed in person. Not sure why this specific office would call and make me go through all this trouble and lie about changing my appointment option to over the phone and have me confirm with them. The staff is unprofessional and lack communication skills. DO BETTER.
