Farbod Masrour DO, Mesquite TX

After a recent hospital stay, I was in need of a GI doctor ASAP. My PCP referred me to Advanced Gastroenterology of Texas and I was able to get in the next day. The front desk was extremely kind and compassionate. I was in a lot of pain and also very nervous. The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I was blessed to have an appointment with Massoud Rasooli, FNP who truly cares. Even though I had to go back several times and had to call the office several times, they were always patient with me. I am so thankful I found Massoud Rasooli and his office. The staff and the front desk TRULY care about the patients they treat. Thank you Massoud Rasooli for providing me with such outstanding care. I am deeply grateful.

Dr Masrour and his staff are fantastic. Very efficient the way a Dr.office should be WITHOUT the ridiculous waits you have in a lot of offices. I had two separate appointments and both of them happened within 10 minutes of their scheduled times. Unheard of in the industry and great for busy patients. I would certainly recommend.

Very professional staff, and environment. My husband and I have had nothing short of the best, with this staff. I especially want to acknowledge, Sonia, she goes far and her duties, to make sure my husband understood the next steps, and that we had exactly what we needed for procedures. Again, very appreciative and surely blessed.

Very unprofessional. Ladies at the front playing stupid and being loud about patient information. They belong in high school the way they talked about patients very disrespectful. Waste of time this is just another dumb doctor telling you what to do before they send you somewhere else waste of money and rude people don’t understand why they didn’t send me straight to were I was soppose to go and! The ladies should be fired get a new staff either way never going back

My mother came to this clinic recently and states that the NP was very attentive and helpful. The staff are amazing, very nice and helpful as well. Can't forget to mention how clean and organized they keep this place. I really do recommend this Gastroenterology place.

Just called to get an appointment, they want so much stuff from you, all I wanted was a second opinion on my stomach problem, don't know yet if I want to change them, don't know anything about this office other than the lady that answered the phone was so rude, wish I could talk to the Doctor and let him know who he has running his from,

Dr. Madrour is very good gastroenterology and gets to the root of the issue. Staff also very friendly.

Never going back here! They are unprofessional, I’ve called multiple times they barely answer and then hang up and when they do they are rude! Dr. Masrour Is unprofessional I’ve never had a bad experience in places like this and when I visited I can honestly say I should’ve went somewhere else!

I have been a patient at Dr. Masrour's practice for the past three years, and I have always received excellent care. Dr. Masrour is thorough in his examinations, he asks very good questions, and he has a caring approach to patient care. I am always able to make appointments in a timely manner and the office is conveniently located near my home.
