Farmers Insurance - Lindsay Bolton, Conroe TX

This is the first time I am going with Farmers, and I must say that Miranda was exceptionally helpful to get me to the point to be a happy first timer. It took us 3 days (because of me analyzing every single line of the policies) negotiating, going back and forth and every time she was extraordinary helpful explaining and answering all my questions. I am in Plano and I am aware that the physical agency is far from my home, but I am confident that if I ever need them, they will be available to help.

Very eager to be helpful, persistent in solving problems. High marks for Julianne, who WOULD NOT give up until finding a way to address an unusual situation.

The store had been ransacked. The grocery side shelves were about 70% filled. Seemed like the most popular items were gone. Took nearly 3 hours to do 1 hrs of shopping. Produce was terrible!
