Farmers Insurance - Bonnie Hernandez, San Antonio TX

My car insurance had a slight increase I called Bonnie to dicuss my concern Bonnie, and her staff immediately went to work to address my concern. The next day she called me to let me know a solution was found I retained my car policy, and renewed my homeowner's policy. I am very happy and content with the service her agency provides. I highly recommend her services.

Unfortunately, it was a sad reason I had to contact Bonnie Hernandez Farmers Insurance. My brother had passed away and I had to cancel his auto insurance. Everybody I dealt with there were total Rockstars! They were kind, patient and very professional. I highly recommend them. You cannot go wrong with them.

Bonnie and her team are always ready to help. Every time I call, they resolve whatever question or problem I have in that moment or that same day. Never have they missed my call and I love that they text too!
