I had a terrible experience with Lourdes. She got me a Commercial Insurance Policy that was not even equipped to cover me. Lourdes takes advantage of Hispanics and individuals that have no knowledge of insurance. As an agent she should be the one informing her clients about coverages, and that never happened, she just pressured me to pay. In addition when asking her to make changes to my policy she would never answer unless it was around the time of renewal.
