Farmers Insurance - Natascha Reynoso, Schertz TX

This is a well run agency. Today I met with Kaylin to add a new Camero to our policy. She covered all our options and didn't try to "sell" us anything after we made a decision on something. Kaylin was very attentive and easy to work with. I would nominate her for Employee of the month!

Natascha help me amazingly with getting my car insured in Texas and took time to help me go over everything.

My experience with Farmers has always been the best. Before moving to Texas in 2021 I had Farmers for approximately 15-20 years. My daddy belived there was no other place that gives you the personal touch. Once I arrived in Texas my brother convinced me to go with "his" insurance agency. That lasted for about 6 months and I came back to what I feel like is home with Farmers. Natascha and the team are that little touch of home that I was missing.

Initially, I met Natascha and her team when I was helping my mother-in-law find home insurance. After joining Farmers, Natscha reached out to my mom-in-law to set up a meeting, just to meet her client face go face. This gesture really impressed me. I have had insurances where I’ve never met the agent. I appreciate Natascha’s effort to get to know her clients, so I switched to Farmers.

They put more effort into their work and providing the services I need than any insurance agency iv been with in the past.
