Susan and the Brady Ingle Insurance Agency are my 'go to' for my insurance needs.

Susan Studley helped me today by sending the receipts for my three Farmers policies which had been paid recently, but receipts not received. She was very friendly and efficient.

This is Samuel St James one of the elderly customers of Brady Ingle Insurance company. I want to voice my unequivocal opinion that computers system which are now sold to large companies often do not interface with certain platforms and can cause problems. Which often times employees of companies that are sold these systems that glitch, and cause untold hardships upon the customers and the office staff - which are left to try to straighten out computer glitches, and at the Brady Ingle insurance office of Farmers I have found the office person, manager, or staff leader, Susan, to be exceptional at resolving common day computer glitches. She worked hard and tirelessly on trying to straighten out problems I have experience between the the Main Farmers HQ, and their computer systems which have caused glitches, and non-understandable tabulations. She is a good person to work with.

I've had this agent for maybe 20 years. The only time I need them to step up was when The Hail Storm got Wylie, Sachse, Allen Lucas, and many other places around here several years ago. Sandy was on the ball and Farmers Brought in Guys & gals from all around to do car & house. The Service was Fast and most of all FAIR. And I heard from many other people who had other companies they didn't get Good service.

I have known Susan for many years. She is extremely courteous and helpful.she has guided me in choosing the appropriate coverage for my vehicles. I will encourage my friends and family members to choose Farmers Insurance
