Very disappointed
My experience has been awful. My homeowners insurance payment was sent to the wrong address. My house was built in 2005 (outside of City of Converse City limits) I wasn't offered building ordinance or law coverage so when one of my outlets had a power surge I had to pay for all the repairs myself. My car insurance increased $200+ after my first payment because the proper paperwork showing I had prior insurance was not provided by the agent. Be aware of what you need when you go in to this business so you don't get screwed.
