Farmers was alright when I joined, but I'm now looking for a new insurance company. Nothing in my policy changed, and I pay in full for the 6 months. When my policy renewed, the price said it raised by a couple hundred dollars, but I went ahead and paid it. I was then told a month into the policy that I now owed $200 more! This is after I had already paid the full premium for 6 months. I called the main farmers insurance customer support, and they didnt know why it went up. I called my local office, and they were not entirely sure why it went up either. Said they would work to get it fixed and give me a call back-never have. I have never received a ticket or gotten in an accident. I can buy my vehicle every year with how much they charge me for insurance! When all is said and done, once I pay in full; the rates should not keep going up! Its one thing to charge for the next cycle, but to increase it again only a month into a 6 month term is ridiculous!

I wasn’t too sure if I were you to go with Farmers for my coverage. However I received a message from Becky & she let me know if I needed any help to reach out. No badgering, she left the ball in my court. When I did reach out she answered every call and even text when I could not talk. She ended up getting exactly what I needed it was quick. I also needed to make a quick change for my lien holder and this is after she received my payment. She still answered quick and I told her what I needed it was done In about 8 minutes. Great customer service & I even decided to go with rental coverage just because she was so helpful. I may move all my policies to Farmers just off this experience alone. Thanks Becky!
