8 I want to say that I found a true diamond in the rough today. Metaphorically speaking the rough is the insurance business and the diamond is Jazette the insurance agent that helped me with my insurance issues today. She display a demeanor of caring and transparency I haven't seen in a long time. The patience, she showed me and the knowledge of her industry as well showed me what a exemplary agent she is.
