Farmhouse Flowers and Gift Shop, Decatur TX

I had very high expectations for a flower arrangement I ordered from Farmhouse Flowers and Gifts. Unfortunately it was not what was expected for a $220 funeral arrangement. It had little to no blue in it as requested, and a very cheap looking baby blue ribbon (one you would expect for a baby shower, not a funeral) after I specifically requested no ribbon. I am not the type of person to complain (at all, ever) but I have thought about the incident and was sad/disappointed at how the matter was handled and the lack of compassion from the owner/manager.
I have seen pictures of some beautiful arrangements that this establishment has done (hence why I had high expectation).
When I sent a Facebook message to establishment, no one responded so I took it upon myself to call. I spoke with manager and was kind and informed her honestly that I was unhappy with the arrangement. However, I was told that due to the labor, water tubes on roses (there were no tubes, I checked), and cost of easle that the price was correct. No effort or compassion was shown to me to fix the concerns.
Again I paid $220 (including delivery) for a framed picture (which I provided) with some sprays of flowers and received less than 8 roses and a few other white flowers hot glued to the frame with hot glue strings all over the frame. I had a few people at the viewing laugh at the frame as it was that noticeable the lack of effort and embarrassment.
It was a time of sorrow when our family needed to feel comforted In Celebration of our loved ones life but instead we had an additional stress of not receiving the best of luck or the best of service from this establishment.
