This is one of the worst experiences you can have in a place where you are supposed to be comfortable since it is full of cockroaches and everything inside the apartments is old apart from the fact that in the office when you arrive they greet you with an attitude, of people who should be in a market square, what's more, there are humble people who have more presence and education than those people who run that office. You would never think of renting in that place, and they have rules as ridiculous as if it were a VIP place, and it doesn't even come close to a hovel

One of the worst experiences you can receive is visiting this condo. When you walk into the office, you will find the ugliest office in any condo you have ever been to before. At the front desk you will be greeted by the person with the least customer service you will ever see, and the manager is the most unpleasant person you will ever talk to. They have 5-star condominium laws and requirements and offer a service that does not even deserve the first star. They charge you for a gym that has 3 broken equipment and the air conditioning doesn't work. The apartments have the same furniture from the inauguration of the condominium, only with 50 layers of paint that do not allow the proper use of the cabinets and doors. Anyway.if you are looking for peace of mind and stability in your income, don't make the mistake of coming here.

Very clean and well taken care of apartment, I have been living here for 4 months already, the move in process was easy and the staff are very friendly. The prices are very competitive compared to the size of the apartments and the area it's located in. Maintenance responds to the issues very quick and fix them. The parking lot never full at all you always have somewhere to park even very late at nights. It's very safe community no problems or loud music, staff and the residents are very friendly. I definitely recommend it for everyone.
Also I saw a some reviews about pest issues before I moved in to the apartment when I was looking around for an apartment but don't let them fool you, I really think it's every apartment's or house issue in the US if you don't take care of cleaning and it's really up to you how clean you want your home to be. I think this apartment is cleaner than my previous apartments I lived in before and it feels very new compared to the year of build.as long as you take care of cleaning you shouldn't have any problems!

Nice place to live, with a family and calm atmosphere, good administration and very attentive to solving damage to the apartment, we feel very happy and calm here.

Great place to live. I haven’t had any issues since I moved in, office made it very easy to get approved and moved in quickly. My neighbors are awesome and the Farmington feels like home. I would recommend this place to anyone.:)

The place is owned by a family, a very nice family. But they do not want to do any updates to the property. It is severely outdated, the property is overrun with feral cats, the smell of death everywhere, it’s overwhelming and kittens and cats die everyday. The landscaping is nonexistent, broken shrubs, no grass, broken trees, algae and mold. The trash is overflowing, there are only 6 dumpsters towards the back of the property they don’t get dumped on the weekends. The mailroom is locked at 5: 30 pm everyday and is opened only when the office is open and locked on Sundays, it’s a hassle to get your mail. Parking is a problem, good luck finding a place to park. Roaches and more roaches even when you treat they are still everywhere! Don’t live in the front you hear all of FRY RD! Homeless people sleep behind the property at the bayou, don’t go back there at night. Poop everywhere! Did I mention cats everywhere… everyone in the office is related and the manager is argumentative. Usually they live on property and I asked one of the people that work there and they told the manager, and I got “called” to the office and was reprimanded for asking. I lived at this complex for 7 years, maybe 6. I just moved out, and I love my new place so much.

Great place to live. I haven’t had any issues since I moved in. Office personnel is very professional and takes care of our needs. Made it very easy to get approved and moved in quickly. I had issues at the beginning with minor roach problems, but I was able to get it taken care of completely in about two weeks. I see others complaining about the same issues, but I feel like if you are well kept up and clean up your home as you should, there shouldn’t be any problems with pest. It’s apartments that problem will exist anywhere, but there is also ways to treat your home and make sure they don’t live inside permanently unless you allow it. Great area where the apartments are located. All stores near by and most important food places. I love it here and the pricing is very decent.

Garbage. Do not move here it’s full of roaches everywhere nasty, cats will scratch the top of your car all day long and the manager here sucks not really professionals if you own to cars they will told you you can only get one permit for one car otherwise they’ll towed your car if you own 2 vehicles this is not the place for you the manager it’s racist they’ll kick you out of the pool without even checking if you’re in the contract the Pool it’s always dirty and they took forever to clean it worst place to move in. At night you can smell a lot of weed everywhere there’s not escape it’s not a safe place to move in.

Roaches everywhere! Infestation %100. The front office staff get pay to be rude to you no matter how polite you are they still gonna find a way to disrespect you. You still have time to run away.

Price is $60-80 cheaper compare with other apartments in katy but is full of roaches. Even when you're sleeping they come up to your bed.

I’ll keep posting more photos of this lazy ugly place. If you want to come live in a place that is dirty and neglected by its owners, this is the perfect place. The offices don't care much about positive change for the tenants and the new little manager thinks she knows how to do her job well with an arrogant attitude towards any situation.
