Farrell Animal Hospital is an awesome clinic. All of the doctors are very kind and professional.
They are reasonably priced and even offer wellness plans.

Very friendly staff sam was the best. They are very friendly and were very helpful with my new pup at getting him all set up. Thank you to the team at Farrell yall are the best I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good team to take there pets to get looked after.

Allowed us to accompany pet during Dr appointment. Very nice, we also used the pet boarding service at pet resort. Very nice!

Worked with both Dr Garcia and Dr Butler and we were very impressed with the service they had. Our dog was very sick but both were 110% committed to doing everything we could to try and get her better. We had a different assistant all 4 times we went however they were all very nice and focused on our dog’s health and comfort. If you are looking for a high quality and very compassionate vet look no further. We are forever thankful for all this staff has done.

The tech was like an angel on earth. She was so concerned, educational, nice and willing to help in anyway possible. We appreciate all she did and thank her for that. Little things count the most! Her customer service was phenomenal!

They are really unhelpful and could not tell me anything about my dog but told me to continue to bring my dog so they can continue to bill each visit and keep giving the run around so I ended up taking my pet to another vet and got the information I needed and that really showed me that they only interested in money and dr Garcia is never helpful and He try’s to get you out of more money and I was also billed when they didn’t do anything for my pet but assumed things and I got a different answer when I went to another vet and will never take my pet to these people ever IM not speaking out of anger only the poor services I got from them

Dr. Turner and the entire office are professional, caring, and compassionate. I have taken my paw babies to him for years. I have a high medical maintenance rescue dog with severe back and neck issues. Dr. Turner and his staff have been a heaven sent blessing in the care of our Roxie.

Professional veterinary services with compassionate and caring staff. Have been bringing our dogs here for years and will continue to do so.

Laughably expensive. Upsell seems to be their goal. I rescued a dog from an owner that went here, (owner was older, and she passed away) and I did the next appointment after rescue. Never went back! Been a dog breeder/owner and nice person to older people for a long time! Also, this clinic was great with the original doctor, back in the day, sad to see the greed that came from buying the popular name.

I can express enough how much I love Dr. Jim Turner and his entire staff at Farrell Animal Hospital and Pet Resort in the Gardens. I'm on my third generation of dogs with this amazing business.

New to this vet after actively leaving another long time vet hospital. We have received the best care with genuine concern for our geriatric cat. Very pleased with quality of service and over experience with with all the staff. Very good follow up with labs and any concerns.

Dr. Turner is a truly caring veterinarian. Never had a bad experience with Farrell. They are honest, and have excellent systems for following up and following through with their clients. They are great about getting quick appointments for minor emergencies, and good with advice for long-term care.

It was clean and the staff is super friendly. My mom takes her doggie here everyday. I just so happened to be there one night. It also seems less expensive than Petsmart Hotel.
