Fast Aid Urgent Care - Alamo Ranch Antonio TX reviews
16Getting on the schedule was very easy. All of the staff were very helpful and professional. The appointment went very smoothly and I was on my way quickly. The prescribed meds eased my discomfort within 24 hours.
I’ve seen FNP Mark Wilson on two separate occasions and he’s always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I’ll keep going back when I’m ill.
Great staff, easy to get an appointment. Very nice environment. Todd Price, FNP, was great. Very personable. Listened to what I said as I described my symptoms. Very professional.
Everybody is always nice and friendly there and willing to help in any way they can both times for me has been a great experience.
The attending Physician (Price) had a very professional and calming demeanor, which I appreciated.
Thank you NP Todd, for listening to me. Although there was not much we could do for my back pain, you listened to me and acknowledged my concerns and did whatever we could do to address my pain right then and there. I will continue to see FastAid and recommend to anyone who needs urgent care! Thanks again!
Took my toddler who happened to be in respiratory distress there for care at about 1am Saturday morning and was informed that A) they didn't accept Tricare (ok cool) B) we'd have to pay right then if it wasn't an emergency. The nurse didn't even come from out the back of the clinic to even triage him and make a determination. Ended up leaving without care and having to fly down to Wilford Hall to only have him admitted peds at BAMC. Good to know that money is what matters first there and not patient care. Guess if it's an emergency and you're borderline near death you better A) make sure they take your health insurance before you go there and B) have money to pay for whatever type of care you do receive.
The clinic was clean, the wait time was short, and the provider was both personable and friendly.
Everyone was friendly. The place was very clean. I didn’t feel intimidated or looked down upon by anyone. I’m one who’s always nervous to go to any type of doctor, but they made me feel comfortable.
Dr Todd 10 All the staff were so nice and helpful Dr. Todd was so Cain and nice
And the medicine he prescribe. Works right away
Dr. Robert and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. My daughter is feeling much better thanks to them. I don't really want to get into specifics, but my daughter was constantly getting sick from daycare. I've brought her to Fast Aid about 3 times and never had a bad experience.
Fast Urgent Care is a good place to go. The staff is very friendly and the doctors are superb! I recommend this urgent care facility at Alamo Ranch area.
We always have the best experience at your office. Very polite front desk associates, professional and friendly nursing staff and very fast and personable PA's. Thank you!
Great experience. Doctor was super awesome. Excellent bedside manners. Staff was friendly.
All of the staff were friendly and fast. In and out with no problems. But they still took the time to listen to my symptoms and concerns.
The front desk was able to check my eligibility over the phone and setup my veteran benefits at check-in. But not until I mentioned the fact that I am at the urgent care clinic because they’re in the VA network, and I am covered by my DV benefits, they always try to go after the money first.
