Price is just right. Very convenient. Male driver was very friendly and helpful. On return flight, girl not very happy, complaining and not helping anyone with luggage.
I use these guys all the time. The airport just bought the company, it used to be Fast Spot. They're pretty good - I mean, I get my car back when it's safe and sound. More expensive than the airport, but worth it for the security. They take you to ther terminal, and pick you up when you get back.
This place has gone downhill big time since changing ownership. It is now called Park Air Express. They no longer offer a military discount. Their pick up van is only labeled “long term” so you are expected to get into a van that’s not even labeled correctly with the company name. My husband had to wait an hour to even be picked up and taken to his car. You’re better off parking at the airport at this point.
Always great service. New company does not give military discount. That's kind of disappointing
I've happily used this service for 15 years.
Something has changed. 1.) the organization no longer has the app that helped you keep track of your parking number, 2) last night, it took 30 minutes for me to get picked up. 3.) they no longer will pick you up in front of baggage claim.
The customer service and responsiveness of the employees is not what it had been in the past.
I walked into an empty office, and waited for someone to show up (when I had a plane to take). When someone finally showed up, I was told they changed management. I prepaid for a spot, and would not honor reservation. When you buy a company, you buy their liabilities/debts as well. Basically, they have attempted to take my money ($130) and run. No notice provided as well about change.
With the new ownership (now Park Air Express) and staff change there seems to be a lack of friendliness and customer care that we have always enjoyed and why we continually returned to the prior business. Hopefully it improves.
Funky and just as expensive as long term at the airport. And you have to call and wait for a shuttle. And I had time to leave two reviews while waiting to pay and listen to them argue in the office… still waiting…no discount for long stays. I left the car for a month and had to pay the daily charge with no discount. Waste of time and money!
Now that they’ve changed employees and owners service is pretty bad. Will be parking in long term until they work the kinks out.
The service is spectacular! Easy to get to the airport (and the shuttle driver was an angel-he helped me with my little one and her bags), but I was a Southwest meltdown casualty, so I don't know anything about the pick-up from the airport. When I arrived to get my car, I paid the wrong bill and was given the wrong keys. It took a while to find the keys to my vehicle, but when they were finally found, my bill was reduced, apologies were made, and I was on my way home. The misplacement of my keys makes me a little nervous, but the service was excellent even with the hiccup.
