Helpful employees, lovely space. It was my first time getting something framed, so I was walked through the process, and my expectations were exceeded. I love the result! (even though I have been slow to hang it up)

Very nice, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Had multiple posters framed. They did a great job smoothing them out, adding the matting, having them framed and ready to hang. Completed the project ahead of the promised date as well. Highly recommend!

The day I walked in to get my original painting framed, I was greeted promptly and with a consultative approach. Linda clearly set expectations for a ready date for my framed painting upfront.

My painting is mixed-media and on paper, and I had been storing it in a tube. The edges had curled up as a result, so naturally a big concern was to make sure to get it to lay flat on a good mat that complimented the work, without compromising the integrity of the work. Linda was my person, and worked with me closely to resolve all of the issues and to make practical and aesthetically pleasing design decisions for a beautiful end result.

I'm 100% satisfied with my experience. I will be coming back in the future!

FastFrame did an unbelievable job with our custom artwork we purchased. Will definitely be using them for years to come as we add more art to our house.

Matthew was spectacular! He was so friendly and personable; we had a great experience. Matthew was able to reframe a piece of art that we brought in that we had been unable to take out of the original frame ourselves. He also centered it for us and had it done 2 days earlier than expected. It was a very fair price for the work done! Would definitely come here again!

I have come here for several years and I won't go anywhere else. Matthew does amazing work and is FUN to work with. He will often pick out things my mind never would have thought of and the he makes the whole process of picking out a mat and frame so much fun. Nowadays I won't even think of what I want with the picture and just go over and see what happens. He's a really positive and professional person who does top level work.

This was the first time I’ve ever gotten something professionally framed. I was nervous, especially around the cost. Holly was super helpful and talked me through all the options. Never pushy and never tried to upsell me. It was a great experience and I will be coming back!

Worked with Matthew on a couple custom pieces to display some of my favorite trading cards. Knocked it out of the park both times. 10/10 custom framing and highly recommend!

We had a print of a painting done with a brass frame and museum glass. It looks fantastic! When we went in for help, we were promptly greeted and they let us take our time in deciding. No pressure to up-sell on products, very forthcoming with information, and we felt very comfortable leaving our painting with them.

It did take a few months before they were able to complete the frame job, but as I stated, it looks absolutely spectacular!
