It was good service. Most of them don’t care to talk to you. Most of them don’t seem like they enjoy their jobs. Especially the lady at the front desk. Always in a bad mood.

Hardly didn't have to wait as I set up my appt on line. Very friendly n courteous n they knew what they were doing. I would definitely go back.

Went to be retestedfor UTI.
Done promptly and given
different medication.

CONS: issue untreated poison ivy really spread.

Monday, I Went to my physician, and she informed me that’s not the right prescription for poison ivy I need / prescribed steroids.
My takeaway experience: not jump to posting customers survey before your results.

Great help today from this Urgent Care for this irritating poison ivy I have. NP Gilbert was very helpful and professional, took time to treat me like a human, which I appreciated. Both times I have used this office, I have been impressed with courtesy and professionalism of their nurse practitioners! I will for sure use them again!

Go anywhere else.

Warning! - Went in for simple urine drug screen- I couldn't go so they gave me a bottled water and said let them know when I was ready- Still couldn't go so I went to gas station next door for 4 more bottled waters - when I was ready, they said I left the office and voided my test as refused test. Never said anything about not leaving office - Then they also lost my paper work - Very combative and unprofessional - Go anywhere else for medical needs or drug test.

It was super easy to make a same-day appointment online. The lobby was clean and quiet, and the staff was all courteous and friendly from the front desk receptionist to the Nurse Practitioner who saw me. It was a pleasantly smooth experience. I'd utilize this facility again if need be.

I walked in w/o an appointment, was seen right away. I was experiencing very bad hand pain. I was hurting so bad I didn't feel like going to Audie Murphy and waiting a very long time. I saw same provider for the same issue back in January. I'm very happy to be seen right away, was taken care of right away and provider listened to my concerns. Received an injection in the tushand gotta say, the nurse was awesome, didn't feel a thing. Front desk receptionist was very welcoming.

My fiance and father came here after his father being sick for about two weeks now. Instead of helping them they were told they didn't want to be liable for helping. They turned them away! What medical facility does that? They couldn't even give them an address or somewhere else to go to help him. Like if you can't help at least know other places that might.

Have been here a few times for myself and children and can’t say enough how great the physicians and staff are. The whole online process in getting seen is simple and user friendly.

The entire staff are friendly, welcoming and most of all professional. Truly the best that I have met and been served by visiting such a retail medical facility.
I have already recommended this particular FastMed Urgent Care location to others in my immediate circle. Bravo!
