The doctor was really cool. Helped and listened to everything and gave me wonderful medical advice I could understand. Everyone was very professional and warming.

Location is really close to my home and they took my insurance with no problems. Staff very friendly and very respectful of your privacy. The nurse that helped me is really nice. Definitely recommend this place!

They have a huge sign that says walk-ins welcome, but when I went they said I needed an appointment

Only at the Riverside Austin location, they were understanding and caring about my sons needs. When I had given up on FastMed from the Kyle location, they made it right. The doctors, the nurse we dealt with listened to me and my frustrations, and made me feel like the understood my son with autism. Thank you FastMed Riverside

I went to fast med, complaining of sore throat and cough. My tonsils were so swollen that they were touching. I let the provider know I have been susceptible to step. She claimed my tonsils looked fine. She tested me for mono and did a chest X-ray, no strep test. She suggested I see a primary care doctor. I went to total care, they tested me for strep immediately because my tonsils were so swollen. Sure enough I have strep. I paid an urgent care copay to fast med, where I was not given the proper treatment. A quick strep test would’ve shown I have strep. Instead of I had not gone to another doctor I would’ve continued to be ill.

Liked the crew on the front desk. Doctors were easy to talk with and very helpful. No complaints at all!

Adrian at the front desk was awesome and nice, Ray had great customer service and great conversater, super awesome people work here, Dr Murray Nance was great aswell and helped me with my medical issue. Wish i could give infinity stars, great great, went in with abcess and came out happy with no abcess. They were awesome

I had a wrist injury while out of town. My experience at FastMed was great - I was seen quickly, the PA who saw me seemed extremely knowledgeable as if he had seen the issue a thousand times, I got xrays right there in the clinic, and was given a splint and an overview of the recovery process for a sprained wrist. Everybody was very nice and helpful.

Our experience, and with this company was kind courteous, and we experienced all of that in a timely manner. It also just so happens that the position that treated us at several years in orthopedics and was able to quickly diagnose our broken foot and send us on our way. Thanks again
