The customer service and doctor was exceptional. There was a short wait time. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Please do not go here they will rob you. I had requested a certain test at time of my arrival, the receptionist was very nice but I told her, I would like this test and this test they go ok fill the forms out and return them. I go to the back when called and I was seen by a np not dr and then was told that they dont even do one of the test I requested. If I would have known that I wouldn't have wasted my money and the pa which checked my vitals and I told which test and reception never told me they dont do It plain stealing they are dishonest and will steal your money

I had a great experience from beginning to end. I was welcomed by Ms. Dani with a smile. She helped me promptly check in and verify my insurance information. The wait time was not long, and I was seen right after. My check up was with Ms. Shery, Franchele & Johneen. All ladies were very attentive and answered my questions. I had a cold before coming in but came in for a quick covid test to return to work. After taking my covid test, they still check in on my cold/flu I had and offered to give a prescription to help with that as well. The attention to detail I received was very warm. I am not too comfortable going to the doctor’s office, but these ladies were very wonderful.

I had the best experience, I have ever had at any Urgent Care. From check in to when I left. Lilly and JB were so polite and attentive. I was scared to get a shot and they made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Dennis was awesome as well. Overall experience was a 10/10. Definitely recommend going there.

When I arrived I was immediately met with a positive attitude from the receptionist. Once I was taken back, I was met by Jakari and his wonderful attitude. Nurse Sheryl Dennis and Jakari made sure I was comfortable during my visit. All my questions and concerns were taken care of. Keep up the great work you guys at FastMed!

My service today was amazing I was shocked at the atmosphere there was a smile from the front to the back. I haven’t been in a office and felt so welcome that you to all that serviced my son today. If need be we will return

Would leave 0 stars if I could. This location is not consistent with their hours of operation. I almost lost my position because I kept getting my drug screen scheduled here, but couldn’t complete it because they aren’t open. Even the hours on the door are different from the hours online! Please if you are trying to complete something time sensitive, I advise to go elsewhere.

I just can’t express enough how great this clinic is. I wish I knew about this clinic much earlier. I came at the last minute on mistake thinking they opening 24/7 the staff Jakari, Alondra & Ozi was like it doesn’t matter as long as you came before closing time. I had never seen such great services ever. They were fast & efficient. They were soooooo nice they really were wonderful to my kids they even brought them snacks. They even brought me water I will 100% recommend & so happy to know that I now have a place that I can trust to take me & my family to any time I am in need! They really went above & beyond … any family would appreciate this! They was so good my daughter said “ when I get sick I’m gone always go there “ my son said “ that was a great doctor “

Jacari was the best he took very good care of my grandson, Dr. Sheryl is the nicest and my grandson was in great hands, not to mention the receptionist are very pleasant and polite.

By far the worst urgent care. Service was terrible. They checked me in an hour after I arrived (I’m sure it was to not show ppl true wait times). Also, only one receptionist (does not smile), one doctor, and one nurse on staff. Nurse wasn’t paying attention when the doctor finished and had me waiting in the room an extra 10 minutes before I realized they forgot about me. I opened the door had to figured I needed to check myself out.

They open whenever they feel like it.

Update: Every time I come here they say I owe them money even if I already paid them last time. My insurance pays they're part, I pay my portion on the spot every time, but they still keep charging me extra. Anyone else has seen this happen to them?

Update 9/5: After many attempts in trying to contact someone to talk to, no one has returned my messages …. So there’s that.

I brought my 2 yo in on 8/23. The NP asked about my concerns & I informed her of my speculations of my toddler having croup. She dismissed my concerns (because my toddler hadn’t coughed yet). I had no reason to disbelieve her professional opinion, but I needed the reassurance and explained the sounds of my son’s cough to her (I even had a recording). She was still dismissive of the idea and then my child finally coughed and she stated “ Is that the cough? That isn’t “barky” enough to be croup”. So she diagnosed my son with a URI & gave prescriptions for cold/allergy medication.
As the day went on, my son’s cough became more aggressive and he became more lethargic; so I decided to take him to the ER to get a second opinion.
My son was in fact diagnosed with croup and needed a steroid treatment.
I’m utterly disappointed with the outcome because my child didn’t have to suffer because of the NP’s lack of knowledge of a classic croup case (per the ER Doctor).

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. I was seen quickly and felt. Very comfortable with the doctor. She explained all the procedures she was doing. Highly recommend.

Fastmed both in Tomball and Humble are very professional and always quick to get needs done. I've always been just a walk in and it's never been a problem.

I went in told them what was going on they asked if I wanted a X-ray. I was like you tell me, they called in a prescription and I went to pick it up and nothing there.

Nice staff. The waiting area was horrible. I know they can’t do anything about the patients they attract however they can do something about the cleanliness and temperature. Then they called the wrong number and emailed the wrong person my test results. Thank goodness that person was my husband and I wasn’t hiding anything. Not sure how they contacted the wrong person when everything was confirmed before I left and I got the text/email for a survey and to start my online chart. I still haven’t heard from them directly.
