FastMed Urgent Care, San Antonio TX

Never going here ever again. 0$ of my bill was covered by my insurance so I used an HSA and paid as soon as I recieved the bill. Now 4 months later I get a call from debt collectors saying I owe Fastmed for the bill I already paid 4 months ago. I am in contact with the billing department but it's been back and forth for 2 weeks and still waiting to hear back. Extremely upset that despite the bill being paid on time and the check being cashed by them (Iprovided proof they cashed it) they waste my time and send it to debt collection. A huge waste of my time and energy over a bee sting. I completely regret going here and will never ever return.

Good experience application was fast easy ones done everything move quickly treated with respect and was in and out very professional

Went here in pain and decided to leave because I was told that the wait to go back was a hour due to short staff and that a provider was about to leave making it even longer. You can find faster, friendlier service 3 miles in any direction. This place clearly has enough business for you to not waste your time with them.
