The staff at this McKinney Fastsigns is wonderful. They are helpful and accommodating all of the time. We use them for all of our signs we have made. Thank you Fastsigns!

I walked in to the Fast Signs store on Central Expressway in McKinney and before I even uttered a word, the lady working the front counter was unbelievably negative and rude! And apparently didn’t know how to insert a removable USB. I just wanted a small poster printed for a personal project. With so many printing companies in the area, I don’t understand the lack of customer service and outright caustic behavior. BEWARE!

More like Not So Fast Signs… truly a nightmare experience for our new business to begin to work with this company. Fast Signs has the worst customer service our business has dealt with. The project took over seven months to complete, not to mention the fact that when seeking to check in on the status of our project that was supposed to be completed several months ago, Greg would not return my calls and even went so far as to hang up on me mid-conversation when I finally did get ahold of him. As a new business needing signage this was very disappointing, and there was no sense of care towards us as we were waiting for something we had paid a significant amount for. I have never been treated so poorly and disrespectfully by a company who failed to uphold their end of the agreement in terms of delivery. I would tell everyone to definitely go another direction if looking to have a sign created by a company in a timely, professional, and kind manner.

Carl installed signage on my buddy’s business truck and did an amazing job! His experience and professionalism was put to the test as he overcame obstacle after obstacle to deliver an excellent finished job (BTW, none of the obstacles were created by Carl or Fast Signs, but he did overcome them)! I have dealt with sign shops across this great country in my role as a franchise business consultant and this guy and this franchise was truly impressive. Highly recommend you consult with these guys; they are real professionals!

This location always gets it right and fast everytime. Will continue to do business with them!

Never again with this store! Finish product was very disappointing had to constantly ask for artwork. A rock has more personality than the owner and staff.

Fastsigns has been amazing to work with! They are super quick and have great customer service. I have ordered a variety of products from them and have been satisfied every time.

Ordered my 8x4 sign the day before and received it end of day the following day. Was told if I wanted it sooner it would be a rush fee but because it was end of day the next day, there was no rush fee.

I like that the finished product is exactly like the proof. Great work. Work in a timely manner.

I used fast signs in 2017 and had a very bad experience with my project. Three years later, I tried them again because they were the only company I could find in my area. It has now been 10 days and I still have not received a quote from them on a project. Very disappointed in their work
