I want to personally thank Brittany Galindo and her team at Fast Signs Katy for the wonderful job they did on my banner. I called her on Friday 7/22 for pricing and details. I submitted the final information to her 7/26 and my banner is ready for pick up TODAY 7/27. She made this happen in the time I needed it for a company event. I appreciate her dedication to customer service and willingness to work within my time frame.

Fast Signs - Katy is actually FAST! They worked hard to finish my large order of signs by my short deadline, and when they were going to be closed on Good Friday, and my people didn't come to pick up the signs before they closed, Fast Signs - Katy made a way for them to be picked up. I work with them for our annual show every year in Katy and look forward to continuing business with them.

This was my first time to order signs of any kind. The employees at the front desk were very friendly and helpful in recommending a product that would meet my needs. The order was ready (and correct) when they said it would be ready, and the signs were loaded into my vehicle for me. The process was very easy! Thank you!

The only reason I did not give a one star is because this location of fast signs has done good work for us in the past. However, we have brought several jobs to them in the past year (and yes, before COVID) which went unanswered. Yet, we continued to receive regular business solicitation emails from Ashley Freel. I responded to one that I had some work and got a blank email back from Ashley. I responded politely to the blank email but got no response. Finally I emailed Ashley to ask to be removed from their email list because if they are not interested in our business it is confusing to get emails asking for it. I acknowledged that COVID has made this hard for everyone but would have appreciated communication to that effect. Instead of an amends, I just got an email from Ashley saying that I was removed and to take care. We have NEVER been rude to anyone there. I see the Fast Signs in Cypress has great reviews. I suggest trying that one.

Fast Signs was able to make a banner out of a photo of a painting I made. It turned out better than I expected! So well, that I had 3 made. One for myself and the other two for my Sisters. We all loved them! They put a smile on our faces every time we look at them! "Las Hermanas" at Espada Mission in San Antonio, Texas

While the Katy location was closed, my sign order had been placed there which made it convenient for me to pick up.

I love Fast Signs Katy! Had a bad experience with Imprint.com and reached out to Fast Signs on short notice and Michelle worked very hard to accommodate our needs at a fair price. What a responsive and creative sign company we have found in FastSigns on the Katy Freeway in Katy. Less than a 48 hour response from first request through measuring multiple sign faces and discussing options, to a final quote! Great design, speedy response.a quote which we found to be within our budget. In the interim we discovered that we could get great quality and fast turnout on small, insertable signs.at a lower price than we had been paying. This is a wonderfully responsive, effective, efficient and creative company with solid professionals and a real work ethic. I highly recommend FastSigns to small and mid-size business and especially to Homeowner Associations in the Katy/West Houston area.

We had an appointment for 1 o'clock for installment and the guy that supposed to install the sticker were late 30 minutes. Although the lady in the front is very nice and professional.
