This is now the second time our company has asked FastSigns Tyler to help us create something for our company. Both time the customer service has been very courteous and attentive to what we are asking for. Proofs were provided very quickly and any changes requested made in a very timely manner and the items were made and received very quickly.

I bought this sign for a tournament I was hosting and received so many great comments about it. The wind was blowing pretty good and did not seem to affect it. Very happy.

Should have been faster, easier, cheaper. Simple sign needed 3, yup 3 proofs for 3 words and a phone number. A word was left out and phone number wrong 2xs. I was told needed a vinyl sign because letters wouldn't stick to the brown board and it would warp anyway. Told I would have it in 3-4 days. Took my money up front. Well, the Lowe's brown board was left out in the rain and didn't warp. The lettering probably would have stuck. I went down after 3 PM (sign says they close at 4 PM) on Friday to see the young lady taking an order. Mine was ready and set aside but was not contacted to pick up as promised. If I hadn't taken the chance it would likely have sat there all weekend. I wanted the sign up for the weekend and was assured I'd have it. I would have cancelled my order and gone through VISTA PRINT but thought I'm shopping local. If this is the customer service and price to be paid for do so I'll give it a second thought. I would have said this in the survey sent but the link was to an unsecure site. This should not have happened. No excuses please.

Tried to run in and purchase some signs. Had my artwork and was ready to show what I needed done. The door was locked and I thought to myself no problem, I’ve got my mask if I need it. The young lady cracks the door and says she was not allowing customers inside. She said to wait here and I will get some paper to take your order outside. Then she closes the door. I could not believe it. On the coldest day of the year, Really? ! If you have been to a grocery store in the last year with a mask on it is no different. I knocked on your door, but you would not let me in. Sad.
