Filthy unit, carpet wasn't cleaned and steam cleaner water came out black, jacuzzi bath doesn't work, no mail key, no garage remote, ac broken.

One star is for Sarah and Mike; they were so helpful. One star is for fast response to maintenance requests. I lived at 219 W Alabama.
Check the neighbors before lease. I lived there for two years, first year was ok (for a student) but the second year was a complete disaster; drunk people were fighting, running in the property at the midnight during all days of the week, they were breaking glass bottles, shouting. Unauthorized people were entering the property without permission. I saw a lady entered my opposite side property from the wondow! I sent a message to the owner related with these problems but they did not pay enough attention. The finall episode of this movie was a bloody fight in front of the property (between one of the residents and a homeless man) usinga knife. Sometimes I really did not feel safe in the apartment. If you are single it is not a bad choice just for a short while (based on the price) but I never never recommand this place for married people and alone ladies.

To answer that response. My child lives at the Holman property and has submitted multiple unanswered maintenance requests.
And I stead of calling pest control and my child y'all have hidden her review ans yet failed to contact her.

Reported damaged sink in February due to recent ice storm and management’s disregard to properly prepare properties for cold weather. Took 25 days to repair while management stated that they did not have a key so as a result they could not enter to repair anything. What kind of establishment doesn’t have a key to all of their properties? Management also stated that they couldn’t get in contact with me even tho my number and email is on file and also on the signed rental agreement. I also work using my phone so I highly doubt anyone actually tried to get in contact. Also my Initial maintenance request was marked as completed even tho they didn’t make any repairs. Only until I started calling did they say they did not have a key. I Highly do not recommend. Only until I threatened with legal action and threatened back with eviction did I finally get a response and as of today 25 days after my second submission of a maintenance request to repair do i finally have a fixed faucet. For their sake thankfully nothing was damaged due to the overflowing water.

Property management team deserves five stars so I actually just changed my review. The location unfortunately deserves less not because of them but because crime has become higher in the area and our city Council has refused to act. I can’t recommend the 502 W. Alabama location, but I will wholeheartedly recommend the staff and property management team.

Super bad experience led me to contact and attorney and break my lease. 8months I asked them to fix the roof but they just kept patching the leak ultimately ruining my belongings.oh and rats.vermin they don’t care so if you want pet rats go for it

Sarah & Star are the most unprofessional rip off LLC I have ever experienced. Micheal is not even licensed. My unit has 2 famlies of mice they have yet to send pest control or maintenance. I have a huge hole in my ceiling. I have moved to 2 different locations & properties under fat property Llc & people die sell drugs & have lawsuits in all.
