Restroom was disgusting restaurant was not clean at all. The food was the worst. I was the only one inside the restaurant it took at least 7 minutes for someone to come help with my order

The lady at the counter was super sweet and patient as it was our first time here. The food was delicious! I will recommend to my friends when they are in the area

The food tastes great and the quantity you get for the price is worth it. Peter was real helpful in recommending what sandwiches to try and his recommendation of getting deep fried Oreos was spot on.

Everything came out well and in a timely manner. I would say the wings could be bigger for the price when comparing them to other wing spots.other than that, everything tasted really good, especially the fried oreos.

This is my last night craving spot. Good food, amazing atmosphere and cool people are what makes this place a go to for me.

Disappointed. The burger was weird, not typical burger. Tomatoes were green, too much lettuce and the bun was stale. Was hoping for a standard Texas burger with mustard. Guess I should have read the menu prior to going. Fries ok. Ketchup packets instead of ketchup squeeze bottle. Go to DQ or Whataburger and save some money.

Very good food here. Staff is nice and friendly too. It’s comfortable in here and great to watch the game here

Customer service SUCKS. I was out of town for my birthday but was treating my co-workers to dinner when I returned. I was one day late in redeeming my $10 off birthday coupon. I was going to place a well over $100 order, and the manager said he couldn't redeem the coupon. The store was COMPLETELY empty, not a soul in sight, and you want to miss out on a big order? Come on.use your head! I will NOT be returning. Kincaid's, on the other hand, saw me in my scrubs and gave me $20 off my order, thanking me for my service. THAT'S how it's done, Fat Shack. Take some classes on customer service!

I got the "Fat Bronco" and it was very much a disappointment. It had, chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, french fries & marinara sauce on it. First nothing inside of the sandwich was crispy like it was fried. Everything tasted as if it was premade and sitting in sauce before getting put on the bread. While eating I could not tell the difference in fries, sticks, or chicken with the amount of marinara sauce was on it. I expected for some type of crunch while biting into it or a small cheese pull from the mozzarella sticks but nothing. Marinara sauce was everywhere. Did not satisfy the munchie craving.
Also when we arived (my boyfriend and I) we were the only two people in the store, but it still took quite a while for our food, it wouldn't have been odd but the state of the food raised questions as to why the two sandwiches took so long when it was clear nothing was fried fresh.
The parking selection here is no good either, there is like 3 spots out front that you have to parallel into or get lucky enough that no one is there to slide into. Or you can park in one of the other stores parking lot and hope that they don't notice your car and call for a tow.
Over all was disappointed to say the least

I get Fatshack pretty often and normally it’s great food but tonight (12am) I ordered 2 6in phillys and 2 12-count spicy bbq wings. The wings were good per usual, but that Philly was Hard as a rock, I’m talking bout hit it against the table and crack the table type hard, throw it at your ex and knock them out hard, Brick hard, I couldn’t even eat it! Def a 0/10 please get it together with the Phillies. Love y’all tho!

I never leave bad reviews. I’ve sent food back exactly once in my life. Now would be the 2nd time, except I ordered on Doordash (making it an even bigger waste of money). THESE ARE THE WORST WINGS IVE EVER EATEN. They obviously don’t clean their cooking equipment, or the wings are old, or they just suck in general. First and last time ordering here. Save your money people.

The food was great. The milk shakes and fried Twinkies were even better. But we did have to wait almost an hour and a half to get our order and they weren't even busy. But definitely recommend trying one of their crazy sandwiches.

My family and I are from out of town and where we are from we don’t have very many restaurant options, especially ones that have “wacky” SANDWHICHES like this! It was an absolutely amazing especially after our bad experience with Golden Corral.

10/10 would come back and even recommend!

I was happy with my burger and the fried oreos, but it is expensive for what you get. The tables weren't clean but the service was friendly. Of the people I kkow who've been there it is very hit-or-miss in terms of service, food, and cleanliness. The concensus was that the food tends to get burned here quite a bit.

I mean, it was okay. It was hot, we asked for our food to be dine-in but it was brought out in a to-go box. Didn't feel welcoming. Our toddler was able to sit comfortably in the pub chairs. We ate and left seems like it's a "get your food to go" type of place, should be a food truck instead of brick and mortar. Guess it's better college kids vs families
