Fat Straws Bubble Tea & Mochi Donuts (Forest), Dallas TX

I hope it was just a bad day, because the reviews are mostly good. My hubby brought me taro with coconut milk. The boba was undercooked, there was jelly missing and the taste of the tea was overall underwhelming. Not a fan of the ice staying in the cup either. Donuts are okay. I hope there are better days than this. Good luck.

Service is always so quick I'm always surprised how fast they work.
I do wish they had more Boba variety like other small Boba shops do but other Boba shops do take longer sense they make them fresh, this is perfect for a quick grab and go Boba drink.

The mochi donuts were ok, not going to go out of my way to get them. Of the two boba teas I ordered 1 was missing ingredients.

The Jasmine Milk Tea with Boba is my favorite, and Fat Straws is always on point when it comes to Boba! The Fruity Pebbles Mochi Donuts are really good, as well, but my suggestion is to try and grab them earlier in the day; it seems the later in the day it gets, the less fresh they are.which is expected. If you like Boba Tea, this is one of the Top 5 in the area!

I am pretty picky about my boba tea. I tend to search out authentic locations. With that being said, this place was better than average for this type of boba place.

I visited this location last week while visiting Dallas and I just got my standard black tea with zero sugar. We also bought a couple mochi. I liked how fun and colourful the inside was:)

My 4 star rating was due to the lack of choices available for the mochi donuts. Only the specialty ones were available. And the customer service was not so friendly for such a fun looking place.

No milk in milk tea

They don’t take cash at any of the locations no signs posted. It is illegal to not take cash in Texas. I have filed complaints with city of Dallas the county and dept of Treasury.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered a brown Sugar “Boba” online & received an order without boba. Was then told I didn’t get the boba because I didn’t put an add on. I explained the description already stated this drink came with boba. The cashier acknowledged this & then stated I would still need to pay extra for the boba even though the description stated it already came with boba. Definitely unprofessional

My favorite bubble donut place! Their donuts are so cute, not super sweet, and so chewy (the best part!)! Their bubble teas are also good tho I come here for donuts mostly. I wish they open on Sundays…

I loved being nearby to finally try this place and the donuts did not disappoint, every bite was so good! The donuts were amazing, the milk tea was underwhelming.

Awesome coffee & the mochi donuts was Amazingly delicious. No wait and they were quick to give us our drinks and donuts, I will definitely be coming back with my wife next time around.

My boyfriend and I were avid fans and drinkers of fat straws for the past year and just a week ago the quality and flavor was off. Last night I tried my classic tea and chewy puff again and same issue. We loved this place so much but it’s not tasting the same! Sad because I loved fat straws ‍ but maybe I can save some calories from my day to day

Yummy! They have delicious alternatives for those with dairy intolerance and the boba is yummy. I've never cared for the tapioca balls till I tasted the ones from here.

My daughter can't get enough of this place. When she is deserving this is where we stop before coming home from school.

Amazing selection, drinks, and service. Mochi donuts taste unbelievably good and are definitely more unique for the area!

Honestly this was great for the first time here. The staff was nice and the drinks are amazing, I ordered a lavender milk tea and was really impressed as it wasn’t super flowery and strong but a soft lavender flavor. I recommend this place!

I love that I live close to here. Staff is always friendly and I can order by mobile. Great variety of drinks but I always mostly go for jasmine bubble tea!
