Fazoli's, Amarillo TX

It was fresh and it was rgood Italian fast food. The service was great too. I think for a five star it would have maybe a little more ambience and a little more traditional Italian things on the menu like chicken piccata.

I used to love it here, but the place has gone way down hill. The drive thru person taking orders tonight was unprofessional and rude. She interrupts you while still ordering with "what else" what else" over and over OMG I was livid. If you don't like what you do then move along. Very unprofessional

The quality at Fazolis seems to have dropped off as the prices have increased. Do not think that we will be back. Disappointing.

Very good for for fast food Italian cuisine. We had the sampler, pizza, spaghetti, and a salad. Everything was great. Staff was friendly and restaurant was clean.

I was out looking for something different to try. I ran across this place. Wow!
I ordered the chicken Parm through the drive thru.
Yep the drive thru. Oh you heard correctly- the freaking DRIVE THRU.

Naturally my expectations were low
. I mean drive thru chicken Parm for less than $10. Took it home opened up my food container. To quote George Takai, "Oh My! "

Piping hot. Covered with cheese and what's this? Bread sticks that are warm, soft and taste so much better than olive Garden.

And it (the chicken Parm) was spectacular. I've paid more than twice as much and gotten meh chicken Parm.
This was fantastic, especially for the price, and I didn't even have to get out of my car to get it. Drive thru. I hate drive thru, but this place has me rethinking that.

Next time I'm going to ask for sauce on the side for my bread sticks.

First time here, but have to say that the service was above and beyond what we expected. The staff came to the table when they noticed that my wife hadn’t eaten much of her meal (she wasn’t feeling great before). They offered to swap it out if she didn’t like it. I can’t remember the last time anywhere we’ve eaten cared that much. I enjoyed my meal immensely and the breadsticks were warm and tasty!

Ok for fast food Italian, but no alcohol. Friendly associate. If you like Italian pasta, it’s the right place for you. Me, I’ll drink wine or beer with my meal.

Wish Fazolis locations would make a comeback. Incredibly cheap and predictably tasty American-Italian food that is less than half the price of Olive Garden takeout, and a much shorter wait.

The service at the counter was good the service in the eating area was good and my food was delicious I travel on the road from Miami to Maine

The food was good. I didn't care much for the boneless wings but my salad and my husband's lasagna was great. Dining area was clean.

Manager locked the door with customers still inside at 8: 35 pm on august fifth. Huge fire risk and disregard for everyone’s safety. As a manager you should know that regardless of backed up times people still deserve to have a way out in case the worst happens. Cause it has and does.

Lady at register didn't acknowledge us as we approached the counter. There was a young lady named Macey who was working her hiney off doing everything possible to make sure tables were clean and people getting their orders. Great job Macey!

Heads up, Italian food should not be fast food. Why? No flavor. Blandest Italian I had. The chicken alfredo.breaded chicken, not much sauce, bland was the flavor pallet. Cardboard would have more zest than the food. The saving grace of this establishment is they have Pibb.my favorite soda.

Delicious quick bite to eat. They have great breadsticks and a delicious house salad and dressing. Never had any issues and the store stays clean!

I like fazoli's but this is my 3rd time getting a hair or fly on my food. I stayed quiet the first 2 times but a thirt time is too much. Even the manager seemed to not be too worried about it.

Its fast food italian, of course its not gonna be perfect. But its super quick and the breadsticks amazing! Marinara sauce is a little too sweet for my taste is all.

For fast Italian, it's pretty good. I had the chicken parmesan sandwich (which I hear is about to be removed from the menu, sadly) and a salad. Breadsticks were warm with lots of garlic butter. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'd totally eat here again

This place is fantastic. Friendly, helpful employees, and delicious food at a good value. I like the breadsticks better than Olive Garden’s!
