Such a cute boutique with some unique, curated pieces. We found a cool sweater and some jeans for my boyfriend. Yes, it is on the pricier side but it's a vintage store on S Congress so it's to be expected, and it's well worth it if you want to treat yourself. Shoutout to Ava, who helped us while we were shopping. She was so lovely and had great customer service!

Great collection, the sales assistant was so rude. My friend and I collectively bought 4 pieces and she was very disgruntled towards us as we were coming up to the counter. The sign requesting customers to help with the clean up of the fitting room should’ve been a hint to the level of service.

It looks small and cute, but the sizes are very limited and we were honestly so thrown off by the worker. Just being watched with her on her phone, we thought she was a customer or owner. But we realized pretty quick why it was empty and people left quickly. It's really overpriced for sizes 0 to 5.

I was in town visiting for the F1 races this past weekend and am a big vintage lover so I asked a friend who was local for some good recs. She recommended to me Feathers but warned that customer service was something to be desired. The clothing selection was amazing (pricing slightly on the higher side but they do have GREAT, unique pieces) and there were lots of beautiful options in all size ranges.

I run a boutique in Atlanta and was extremely disappointed by the girl working behind the counter. We walked in as she texted, I even snapped a photo as she was so unaware of our presence. I made It all the way to counter for 10-15 seconds talking to a friend before she even acknowledged us. She looked up and said “let me know if there’s anything you want to see” before immediately looking back down at her phone to continue texting.

As a store that sells vintage YSL for $1500, I’d have a serious talk with your employees about their flagrant disregard for customer service.

Scheduled a selling appointment with them and the owner left mid day without rescheduling etc. I showed up for my appointment and basically was told she left and was going out of town for a week and I was “out of luck” I left but was actually upset at the amount of effort and time it took to try and sell so I called right back & left my name and number for the owner to call and reschedule. 2 weeks pass, Heard nothing. Commented on their ig & Finally received a message from the owner saying she left and forgot she had an appt with me and I could reschedule what’s good for me. After reading the message I Attempted to reschedule and her response was she didn’t have any available appointments this week but could try next week. Not only did I lug a ton of clothes over there once and not get to sell on HER error but now she couldn’t fit me in because she was full? This place is a joke and NOT a place that shows respect to its customers. Sell with Moss or Garment Modern if you have exclusive vintage and designer pieces. This place will waste your time! Also the people who work here are rude & completely uneducated on vintage/archival designer & it’s pretty evident that they discriminate. It’s actual quite comical that someone working in a “second hand” boutique can act so uppity and flagrantly snobby.

I sold some pieces with them recently and it left much to be desired. I’m a sentimental person, so I really love my clothes and when I sold the pieces I tried to give more information so they would have it when they sell. The sales person didn’t care at all. They were even upset when I was purchasing a piece because they wanted to sell it to their friend. Then they told me we should just call the price of the shirt I was buying and the two dresses I was selling “even” despite there being a $5 difference in my favor if I had chosen in person credit. Just rude overall.

If you’re going to call yourself a vintage store and curate at least care about the quality of clothing you’re buying. The stuff was pricey. That doesn’t really impact much of my thought as long as there’s care that goes into the pieces and their history or if there’s friendly people working here. That’s so void here it isn’t even funny. There’s tons of vintage stores and pop ups in Austin with fabulous sellers with more charisma and incredible curations.

Their selection wasn’t impressive today and their customer service left much to be desired… which seems to a common occurrence if these reviews are anything to go by. I’d say steer clear! Parking is a hassle here anyway.

Store is small and the prices are high IMO. If things change, I might give them another try.

Really great selection of curated vintage for women. A little on the pricey side but worth it for superior pieces. Girlfriend and daughters love it!

Unfortunately, I purchased an item I believed to be a specific designer and paid a higher price for it. At the time I though it was a fair price considering the brand and it being vintage. I later found out it was a for “Target” piece selling other places online for $24.99 and I paid about 3 times more for the exact same item. I should have done my research before buying it so that is on me. The tag on the picture conveniently had the “for Target” cut off of it. This last experience was very disappointing for me and will do my research if I purchase again.

I want to report the service and the way this lady treat the clients she was mean and discriminated me maybe she thought I wasn’t a good client. I’m really disappointed about this store!
I report the situation and the owner blocked me through Instagram this the worst store ever. Also the owner blocked me the name is Emily Siri santokh Hoover If you see her one day!

Loved the atmosphere and staff were very friendly! However, it is definitely more on the pricey side. Also, they aren’t size inclusive at all so being plus size there was nothing I could find to fit me. Even being a size large, I couldn’t find a single thing.
