FedEx Ground, Beaumont TX

My package was marked as delivered days ago and not once did a fedex truck pass my house. I have cameras so I would have seen anyone. They either delivered it to the wrong house or stole it. I can’t even find a good number to call and ask about it. Just 800 automated numbers that tell me it’s already been delivered. HORRIBLE

My package was held for 1 month and the driver lied and said they delivered it and not one FedEx truck came to my house. I checked my camera’s not one FedEx truck passed down my street. Do not do business with FedEx, go to UPS for quality services and UPS makes sure your package is there.

Lost package said it was delivered. Been happening in my apt complex driver never shows up and still says delivered. There are 3 of us this week on the same day said delivered but no one came. My neighbours have cctv…no one came with fedex truck. If you live in the port arthur area beware better us USPS better service…

Shippers beware, my package was not delivered. I watched and have the driver backing in my drive and leaving, never getting out of the van, contacted FedEx and was told it was delivered to a white trailer, mine is blue.
FedEx said they can't find the package to contact the seller. So FedEx, your drivers can STEAL people's packages and were supposed to roll over, NOT HAPPENING HERE.
Headed to your office now. I have the driver on video not getting out of the van, Why even druve down my block and wasting the time if your not going to do your JOB

Don't like it. It reminds you of a third world prison. High fence can not go inside. Barbwire. Hide way in back. No sign showing directions

Incompetent doesn't even begin to describe how bad they are. They would rather have relations with their trainees in the vehicles they deliver our packages in than get them delivered to the right address! Have only gotten one package of at least 10 that was actually delivered to my home. Do better!

Poor customer service. My shipment was placed in front of someone else door. The address on the box was correct so I dk how they still managed to put it by the wrong address

Has been really very bad experience, they don't have internal communication between employees. I will never suggest to someone to choose fedex as their shipment.

I despise FedEx with a passion. They have messed up more of my deliveries than all other companies combined, including the post office. I have gotten to the point where I will pay extra to NOT have something shipped FedEx.

Customer service was great. An Amazing driver named Michael White helped with understanding how to retrieve my parcel and never miss another delivery

Had delivery to commercial property. Fully glass doors. Lights on. Working within site of front door. All of a sudden recieved a text notification that the package was undeliverable. Driver never even tried to stop to deliver it. Called the fedex 800 # and they said they would make sure it was delivered the next day. Next day received a message on the the business Facebook page requesting a call to arrange delivery for the next day. Ended up waiting 2 days for the delivery then had to go pick it up from the FedEx warehouse myself. FedEx freight is great but will never use FedEx ground again. Worst service ever. Customer service at the 800# was completely useless also. If anyone ships FedEx ground only I will buy from someone else.
