8I have dealt with horrible delivery people from the Missouri City location for probably a year now. There is suppose to be a note to ring the door bell with all deliveries to my home. Today the doorbell was not rung but my dogs alerted. I opened the door and saw the truck at the end of my driveway but no package. He started to drive off so I step out to the edge of the porch and saw the package he had placed around the corner from the front door but visible from the street. I have long suspected that these drivers are in on the theft of packages. This package today was from Nike and was a pair of Jordan shoes. Hmmm wonder why he did not ring the doorbell. Next time maybe I will wait and watch to see if someone comes to get the package off the porch. FedEx needs to put the trash in the trash can and hire decent people to work for them. I will never ship another package with them.
Of course I love FedEx! I'm returning to give them another chance. You think employment is just based on what the employers think of you. They have been "holding" a package for three days and the facility refuses to return calls. The issue has been escalated internally with FedEx but they still cannot or will not release the package. My guess is that it has been "lost" a.k. A stolen by an employee or destroyed due to negligence. Either way, this is an incompetent organization.
Just had my FedEx driver take a picture of my $300+ package at a random place and steal it
The delivery guy literally would not take 5 steps more to drop the package in the area I told him! He even asked if I need phone number for customer service! Rude, incompetent and provocative.
This Fedex is terrible to work at. Its a slow business, these Mediocre Supervisors are lazy and I only been there for 3 years and been wrongfully terminated by false Accusations. It deserves zero stars
Alma is the reason why I’m giving this place five stars. She actually care about the customers and deserves a raise if anything. I had to go through so many ppl on the phone that would tell me lies after lies about my package. FedEx driver lied about two attempted deliveries and she was the one who was able to find my package and hold them for me. I also asked her if she can do the same with another package I had coming in and held it for me until I was able to pick it up. Very good with communication and reliable!
