Halfway through standing in line employees say shippers need to go to different line. Despite the customer in front of me shipping an item. I lose my spot in line unfairly because of this. I tell an employee they need better signage he points at this ambiguous sign which doesn’t clearly state there are two lines. No need to come back here I have too much melanin for this place.

Just went there. Very clean and great customer service. I had never printed anything and the lady there explained it to me, very easy. Thank you Nancy for the shipping of my documents. Great place overall.

Do NOT recommend FedEx

Fed Ex delivered my $300 Christmas order to the wrong address.

Christmas Eve the person was able to find my phone number. They told me that they had contacted Fex Ex and 3 days later FedEx still hadn't picked up my order from them.

FedEx doesn't take pictures of the drop off point like UPS.

Dont use FedEx

I was just here and have to say what a wonderful job Antonio did of teaching me how to use the laminator. He was wonderful with me but I do have to commend his grace and customer service skills as I watched as another customer was rude and berated him about tiny things as he continued to try and help her with the printer. He handled this not so wonderful customer with grace and never faltered.

Went to print at around midnight, the place is empty but the guy working there is "busy". I had to use the self service printers, which are the worst user experience printers I have ever used in my life. Seriously, I wasted 30 mins to print 2 pages using their abstruse software that can't sign in to online services. Seriously consider going elsewhere!

I DIY’d 95% of all the printed items at my wedding and I couldn’t have completed it all without the awesome folks at FedEx Kinkos on Burnet! I had purchased all my own paper and designed everything myself. I basically went in with a USB drive and my paper and asked someone behind the counter to help me print. I ended up visiting 4 different times to print various items and I got to work with 4 different people. All were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked as quickly as they could to knock out my print projects.

Beyond helpful. The young man up front was extremely kind and helpful and the lady in the back was speedy and kind. Great place.

I went in to print a document 9: 20pm and a girl wearing pink glasses was behind the counter. I sent document to printer but the two printers that were there just sat there. So I approached this girl and she pointed out that my document should print from her me of the two printers.um duh.it’s not printing I said and she gave me look n said one minute. Mind u me and my husband were the only people in there at that time. An associate had to come from out the back to help me print one piece of paper because the printer was out of paper. Now If id known where the paper was I’d have gotten it and printed myself but I don’t work for FedEx. Was she prohibited from leaving from behind the counter? I approached her twice n she made no attempts to come and help. Look at your cameras, no one in there but me my husband n her. The lack of customer service is really just disgusting.

Beware of this fedex, I have been here several times and the first time (back in January) i went to send 6 boxes to 6 different locations that were supposed to be for my bridesmaids. 4 of the boxes ended up going to the wrong location, then when i returned WITH MY RECEIPT, I met with the manager Lori and she said that we needed to fill out some paperwork to fax so I can get my money back, (btw i spent like 120 something dollars total), so i filled out the paperwork and i returned the same day since she said she would fax it for me, i gave it to her and she "faxed" it for me but she said the machine wasn't returning a confirmation page but that it had gone through. Months passed and I had to travel for work and wasnt able to return, then right before getting married on April 20th, i returned and this time i had forgotten my receipt but i had shown them the receipt before and the huge bill is in my bank statement that it was processed, she then tried to fax it and it said busy and she was like well anyway you have to return with the receipt even though i had shown the receipt and sent it before. Now, I am going out of the country for my honeymoon and it's just taxing that I have to go back and forth to get them to fix something they did wrong in JANUARY. I guess they just think people have all the time in the world to be going back and forth so that they fix something THEY did wrong. Also, the names of the bridesmaids were on a huge sticker right on top of each box like how does one miss that. End of story is that i did not get my money back and I have no idea how a shipping company can send the incorrect boxes to incorrect locations, this could be a liability issue, imagine if something super valuable would have been sent to the wrong address and then it just disappears, I don't understand how this carelessness can happen and I also don't appreciate that my money wasn't refunded. I'm a newlywed, I need my money if the service isn't done right. Avoid this fedex, they seem to be sending boxes with blindfolds on.

Came to this location for being open 24hrs. Got to work with Matthew who was so helpful and kind during the night shift. Printed out multiple booklets and got recommendations and tips on our projects.

The FedEx center closest to me was out of a material needed for a photo mount and sent me to this Fedex center. It's been quite some time since I have had customer service anywhere close to the level that I experienced yesterday at this location. Lori Gamble redefined knowledgeable and superb customer service. As she stepped me through various options, along with the pros and cons of different printing and mounting options, it became abundantly clear that she was a seasoned expert in all things printing-related. If the rest of the staff is even 1/10th as knowledgeable and helpful (and from what I observed, there is every indication that they are), you will be in very good hands at this store.

This is the best FedEx office I have EVER been to. Pablo, specifically, provided the most exceptional customer service I have ever experienced or witnessed at any packing and shipping facility. Management should promote this employee and pay him well - he is an incredible asset! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I paid a company to design a custom Halloween card for an event I was hosting. They would not print my cards because they said I needed permission from Steven King. They said the clown on my card was copyrighted. I told them it is not the same clown from the movie and that I had the receipt and prof that I had them specifically made. I was told that 7 people there determined it was the same as the movie so they cannot make it. I didn’t know all clowns are copyrighted by Steven King.

Most visits the FedEx counter service is on-point and efficient. At other times, not so much-especially when there are only 1 or 2 workers available to help customers. Open 24 hours. I have not recently used any of the other services offered such as large job printing, digital copies, banner printing, custom printing, bulk mailing, or scanning. This location also has a large selection of office supplies and specialty paper. Limited parking.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

I’ve never had such a negative experience at any store. The assistant manager, Amber, denied me service because i tried getting photos that i took printed. She assumed i was lying to her when i told her i took the photos, and insisted that the photos needed to be cleared from copyright protection even though they were just 4 photos of my family and were not copyrighted to begin with. I was denied opportunity to verify i was the owner and photographer. I cannot imagine my frustration if my business was relying on this service and this happened. I did call corporate, and their solution was to call me, say sorry, and that they will speak to Amber. No mention of why i should continue using their services.

I absolutely love my FedEx Office on Burnet road in Austin! My experience with FedEx Office continues to be convenient and quite cozy. Each time I've visited the business services center, I end up staying to check out the newest shelf items and I don't want to leave. It's crazy! All of the sales staff are warm and welcoming, knowledgeable of the services and products and ready to help me. I greatly depend on FedEx Office for printing from my mobile device and faxing as I do not have the means of doing so at home. FedEx has saved me from personal financial situations a few times by having these services. I also love that I can always find nice notebooks, calenders, books, holiday gifts, even clearance items and quick treats. I'm able to reward my kids by having them pick out an item for good patience while I'm taking care of my business at FedEx which is a plus for me. Thank you so much FedEx Office! Elizabeth Valdez

Staff is friendly & helpful, this location is open 24/7, so it's Literally Always quick & easy to run in take care of business & run back out!

Come to buy a pre-paid envelope.
- The staff redirected us to their computer to do it online.
- We tried 3 times, and the online system failed 3 times.
- The staff advised us to call the FedEx customer support number.
- We called, talked to a robot, were on hold, talked to a human, talked to another human, and they told us we needed to seek assistance from the store staff.

All we need is a pre-paid envelope.
