I visit this location probably 2-4x a month. I need to copy, scan, print or FedEx. Everyone is super helpful! Annie is the manager here and she helped me with a refund made on an international shipping package. I really appreciate how kind and helpful everyone always is!

Worst International shipping company ever, broken customer service system that asks me about my experience with the customer service without even speaking to one, they don't take complains, never ship with them.

DO NOT DROP OFF WITHOUT GETTING A RECEIPT. I wish I was delivering the package in person to Allen about 25 miles away but because it was an ebay item and needed a proof of delivery. After 20 years using Fedex for the first time the worse possible experience unbelievable, I will never and ever drop off at this location, On July 8th 2020 I brought a prepaid package to this location, as I walked in their manager approached and took the package and offered a receipt but as I trusted Fedex I said no thank you and left. Tracking 394605103870, a couple of days later I checked the status but it was still showing Fedex is awaiting package, 5 days later still the same so after a week I went to the center to see what's going on! So the same person approached and said you are the 3rd person today with the same issue, make a long story short after a month the package is still missing and no one knows what happened, Fedex customer service says the package was never tended to Fedex so if you are using this location no DO NOT DROP OFF WITHOUT GETTING A RECEIPT. I DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION, PERIOD.

Our equipment doesn't work but keep trying.
Nope, I'll print it out for $2 more. A 5 minute printing took 30 minutes and they changed us more.

Great customer service

Happened to stop by to drop a package thru FedEx. Greeted by Kathy and helped from picking up my package to packing and checking it in and giving me a receipt. Kathy explained the options I have and helped thru all the things step by step.

Worst experience I’ve had at a fedex. Just wanted to print some photos for a project and they wanted to charge me almost $100 for a $12 dollar print. It was on printer paper!

Brought in a bunch of send-backs, quite disorganized on my part. Rob handled it all like a boss; he was patient with me as I juggled my pre-paid labels and tried to match the right label with the right item. Tremendous help. Place was clean and seemed well-run. Overall a great experience.

I wanted to acknowledge publicly the exceptional service provided today by this Fed Ex location in Frisco and give a big shout out to the store manager Annie Ho.

Here’s what happened. I got a somewhat panicked call Thursday night from my son. He and his girlfriend were at the airport in Nashville on their way to Pittsburgh for her best friend’s wedding. They realized they had forgotten to leave the condo key under the mat for the pet sitter who was coming Friday and during the weekend to feed their cat Missy. A lovey neighbor volunteered to accept the key if I sent it for Saturday delivery via Fed Ex. It was sent Friday for Saturday delivery before noon. Mistakes happen and the envelope didn’t get into the right bin for pick up. When we figured out early Saturday afternoon through several phone calls that it hadn’t left Frisco, Annie Ho, there store manager, offered to drive to Austin or pay for a locksmith, whichever would work better, since they had made a mistake. Availability for emergency locksmith service on Saturday afternoon was determined not to be the best option, so Annie got in her car and personally delivered the key. It’s a 3.5 -4 hour drive each way. I was blown away by this level of service.

We are all human and not perfect. Fed Ex accepted responsibility for its error and did everything it could to fix the problem. I will definitely use this store in the future and urge you to do so.

Missy was hungry but is now fed and happy.

I had a series of suitcases for clients that were a pain to deal with, but Kathy in the shipping department was very helpful and patient in making sure everything went to the right place.

Not customer service oriented at all- no sense of urgency - “if we can get to it, we’ll let you know”. Really? Maybe understaffed? No idea but if you can avoid this location. I would, and will moving forward.

Shout our Valerie. Horrible experience with everyone else but she got our project done and brought this from a 1 star to a 4 star. The online ordering system needs work, there is no “guarantee” they see your project even when you email it in and get a confirmation. That is something that is a larger Fedex issue though. Thank you Valerie for your great service.

I came in at 10 AM to send a router back. The company the router belongs to gives you everything you need to send the package, including the box itself, packing material, and the sticker showing location yada yada.it took 30 minutes before any of the employees said anything to me.no "good morning or "we'll be right with you sir", absolutely nothing. I waited for 30 minutes for a 2 minute interaction with an employee.horrible customer service

Very slow and the kiosk is broken. The guy at the front desk is not polite. Not Fedex like at all.

Today was off for them. They just did not have enough help and all the lines were quite long. I felt guilty for having a project with which I needed help. They were low on supplies for self service laminating and also were out of scissors for self service.

This location is absolutely awful. The manager Michael is the problem. He has no customer service skills and no sense of urgency. While I was waiting in line he turned a women away that came back to pick up her job. He "We have not even started it yet, we are waiting for our people to relieve us
