The staff was really rude, i tried talking to one of the other employees and they both had a attitude, the worst customers service ever, i cannot believe the “assistant of the store manager” treated me and the other customer like she did. Im really disappointed of this location, im never coming back to this location.

I have had to use this location a few times for simple printing (out of ink or forgot to print before I left home). There’s never been a line and it’s clean and quiet (library quiet and not that it needs to be). The associates have never asked me if I needed anything until I was obviously done but oh well.

FedEx didn’t provide this employee the resources to service in a timely manner. And so I am waiting in line for 10min.

The staff at this store and I go way back. But one constant is their great customer service. I consider them.family.incredible no?

Since they closed down Kinko's, this is the best printing shop. We got banners made for grandsons birthday

I came in for a simple job: printing a large image. The staff was really helpful and friendly. They helped me find the right printing service and made it happen. I was in and out in less than 20min. A great experience all around!

I was walking up to the door and the worker saw me not even 5 steps away from the door at 8: 59.and he locked the doors on me and I put my hands like please.let me in.
And he looked at his watch and did his hands like ohwell. I couldn't believe it.it really is upsetting. I turned around thinking how mean of him. I was not late I was actually 1 min.early. 8: 59. I actually got my feelings hurt.not nice!)

Went in to get somethings printed and need asap, i was told items will be ready by 2pm next day, called back at 3pm next day and was told items were not ready not should be ready by 6. Called back at 6pm and was told order was suspended but doesnt know why, come to find out the "manager" from the day before never processed order, why we didnt know that at 2pm when I called is beyond me. So after all the miss communication on their part was told they could give a 5% discount only after we complete a survey. Ridiculous, this location just lost my business for good.if vising this location make sure to call and verify your order at least twice because obviously once is not enough

Employees are friendly and always helpful I have been a customer for a long time and I will continue to do business at this location.

They constantly trying to find a reason to repack the boxes that i bring which they already shipped to me earlier in the morning, I don't know they are making aome kind of commission from this, it became very annoying. I took my business to UPS.
(I ship over 500 boxes for my business)

Wow bad service, asked for the cheapest way to send a package, he pointed to a wall of envelopes and said that's what you want, I grabbed one and its $13. Yea not what I asked. Besides the fact I waited 10 mins before they even acknowledged me. Last time I go here, ill drive 15 mins around town before I come back here
