FedEx Office Print & Ship Center reviews
21Put your drop off box outside! You guys are RUDE and I would prefer not to go inside this facility. The employees at this location are NOT helpful!
Once i was able to talk with designer, very helpful, but did take a while before i could speak with them.
Darryl was very helpful and professional. I do not use FedEx that often so his patience with my questions were appreciated in helping me navigate all the options in completing my delivery.
This place is the worst. Employees are never on time. I got there at 7: 30a and it’s 8: 00a they aren’t here still. There’s other people who seek employment and would be on time I’m pretty sure. The general manager should reconsider.
Always helpful and the staff go above and beyond. I’ll always use this office for the great customer service. Thank you Chloe for your help and patience, you are wonderful!
Chloe is a fantastic employee. She's friendly, energetic, knows the equipment, polite, can multi task. I could go on and on. She's an asset to the company, no doubt.
Worst Manager I have ever met. I am there to pick up a package from my office. I am on a temporary work assignment here in Houston and I do not have any Houston address proofs, but I do have all govt issued IDs (Passport, Drivers License etc), but the lady wanted a Houston address proof. I tried to explain her the situation but she is very rude. I came out of the location, called Fedex customer care and explained them the situation, they spoke with the store manager and asked me to go back and collect my package as they have sorted out the issue. I went to location again to collect my package with all my govt ids, but as soon as I walked in to the store she said she will not give my package or listen to me or look at my govt ids. She came on fight with me and asked me to vacate the office or else threatened she will call the cops. I would not have gone back to the fedex location if the fedex customer care person have not asked me to. I know there are rules and everybody needs to obey as per the rules, there are also solutions and else conditions when certain rule is not met, If the customer facing person is not helping and threatening to call the cops because she doesn't want to analyze the situation, its better to have kiosk machines or Robots than real persons.
Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. The lady was extremely rude didn’t want to answer anymore.
Went in to get passport photos for my kids. I had a coupon off the FedEx website which the girl couldn't figure out how to apply the discount on the computer then she called her managers and neither of them knew either. Ok whatever I still need this done so we go to take the pictures. The camera wasn't working! I have a 5 year old and 21 month old with me so safe to say they were getting impatient and cranky. The girl was nice about it but I mean come on! We went to the FedEx on Westheimer (next to Luby's) got the passport photos done was in and out in 15 minutes.
I normally come here to have papers scanned to my portable USB drive. The employees are helpful as my transactions is very cut and dry. I haven’t had any issues with my scanned documents not showing up properly and the pricing is pretty fair. I will continue to come here when I need to.
Lady is very rude. The worst fedex in Houston.
I paid 97 dollars for one page.
Missing 3 numbers on zip code and she was ready for another customer behind me before fixing my issue.
I asked to talk to a manager. She said she was the manager. I asked her for hours of arrive of the envelope she didn’t know either and she doesn’t know why the label didn’t print full zip code.
So what kind of manager is that? Can handle what? Unprofessional and not reliable. So I guess you just pay almost 100 dollars and good luck.
Good customer service from the new girls that work there. Although a bit expensive for the international service I needed. A USB from Houston to Mexico $100. Usd! Yikes! There are some packaging options and supplies.
Horrible customer service.
I showed up 15 minutes before they close and I was the only customer in the store. For whatever reason, the employee refused (all while having a very bad attitude) to send my package saying that they do not send packages to that particular location.
Couple of minutes after, I went to another location where they gladly shipped my package. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store.
Horrible experience at this location. Only one person working with a line full of people waiting for service! Should be better staffed during peak hours
Bad attention! I prefer to search another Fedex office because they personal is unfriendly. They never smile and they are impatient. I don’t recommend this place.
Went there first this morning after a poor experience at UPS just up the road on Eldridge Parkway yesterday and Mohsin was first class, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!
Can't recommend highly enough, efficient and professional service with a smile for 25% less than the brown van guys.
Keep up the great work and will be back for my business cards soon!
Had a sign up saying "sorry for the inconvenience, be back in 30 minutes" however there was no return time or no way to tell when the 30 mins actually started. I watched 7 customers come and go because of this. When the guy finally did return, m he stated that the facility is understaffed. No bueno.
I visited for my print out work, it seems that they have reduced the quality of the print out to increase the toner life. Lady said I need pay one more time if I am not happy with the job quality. In the end (hopefully) she accepted to print again with another printer at no cost.
Fantastic service and friendly workers way better than ups store. Highly satisfied customer. They printed my labels in a prompt matter. Great.
Two employees. First did not bother stopping checking Facebook on mobile when I arrived at the counter and second was rude. Poor service experience as the actual FedEx parcel management is done by an automated voicemail service.
