I was recently told that FedEx had printing services. Came here as my wedding is two weeks away and one of my wedding signs was incorrectly ordered. Christian López assisted me when I arrived (1 minute wait time), what took me 2 days to master and get correct in an app he completed, fixed and printed in minutes. He had 2 signs, menus, table numbers and a newlywed post all done in less than an hour. He has superb knowledge, is extremely helpful and he’s kind. I of course did pay a printing fee to have all printing done the same day. It was a fantastic experience over all and I saved so much money going in person vs dealing with someone online, the work being incorrect, it being sent to me then me having to return and send back.

Emett did a great job, he was fast and printed my receipt quickly since I’m on the run to yoga class, I appreciate him so much and please thank him for me!

The worst service from the local store and the national service center. My express package was sorted incorrectly and was sent to Wisconsin instead of going 4 hrs to South Texas. This sorting mistake cost my brother an extra overnight charge for a hotel since the keys I sent him to the house were sent to Wisconsin. They also charged me about $36 for the "express" delivery. I could have driven to & from to deliver those keys and they would have gotten there sooner. The service center representative took a report of the mistake and told me someone would get back with me in 3 or 4 days, it's been about 3 weeks - no one ever called or emailed me! I would recommend going UPS or USPS, forget FED Ex. But that's just my opinion.

Literally THE WORST. I was walking up to the door to make an express drop off. The guy working at the time Iocked the door as I was reaching out to open it. He looked at me straight in the face and walked away. Great customer service. He’ll go far in life.

Your Customer Service and professionalism is atrocious.

How do you all make an obvious mistake and try to re-charge me to correct you mistake.

Your FedEx Employees Customer Service is rude and plays games of phone passing. You all act like some people don’t understand your processes and procedures; but when expressing that some of us actual understand global distribution and the egregiousness of Your mistake, you choose not to accept responsibility.

When a customer is friendly enough to ask you to elevate the matter then I obviously could care less about your rating for the quarter.

You really need to fix the problem. Your San Antonio at The Rim made a mistake and now your corporate office wis trying to make a customer pay again for you ineptitude’s. Never compare yourselves to USPS. Having shipped hundreds of packages via USPS from Iraq, Afghanistan and East Africa with no issues; you can’t get three packages to Michigan and Georgia. This is terrible. NEVER AGAIN!

Staff openly cursed and could have been friendlier. Somewhat rude. Seemed annoyed when I asked for the email address of their store.

Just went in today to mail a package for the first time at this store. I was greeted when I walked in the door, and a man helped create a label and mail my package. He was friendly and I had zero complaints or problems at all! Not sure if the service was worse in the past (given some bad reviews) but I had a fine experience today.

This place is conveniently located in The Rim shopping center so you can get your shopping done and ship it out! Customer service was great and very helpful! I got my photo printed quickly and efficiently.
