If I could leave a zero on this review I would. The employee name Kiana this past Monday 9/04 was extremely rude to an elderly lady who was trying to get help on the copier. This employee was beyond rude and disrespectful.

This place is great for dropping off packages. The lady even came around to open the door for us.

Rude employees. No customer service skills at all, that’s including the asst manager Eric.
This must be why this place always only has a few people and the UPS store down the road is always packed.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Disgusting nasty attitude from all the employees there. Even in front of their manager who shared the same attitude. They act bothered and are inept. Will never go here again and make sure I tell everyone to stay away.

Worst most incompetent staff here. Very rude to everyone and A T T I T U D E for days. They should work at a FedEx where they live and not Cinco Ranch.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. This wasn’t even my issue. I was working on a computer and overheard a man struggling with the copier. He asked the lady behind the counter how to use the copy machine. After explaining it to him a few times he still couldn’t retain the an information. She condescendingly said “how many time are you going to ask me. ” He was really having a hard time with seeing what she was saying. She stood behind her counter 3 feet from the machine. There was another person behind the counter to help if needed as well. If you’re working in a position like this you can’t lose your cool so easily. I hope management looks into this and speaks with her.

I had a smooth process of dropping off the package. The desk person was friendly when we had an interaction.

Inept staff. They definitely need to find management who will train their clueless employees more effectively. Avoid if at all possible.

Honestly, after seeing the rating for this location and reading past reviews I prepared myself to experience subpar customer service. However, to my surprise I was greeted by the most pleasant and polite associate that I have encountered all day! I really wish I would have gotten his name. Nonetheless, this made me realize that although each face and attitude represents the brand, no one employee is a definitive representative of the next. I'm glad I gave this location a chance today!
