FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, Dallas TX

This is the 3rd time i’ve come here and get the same bad service, and they have two different areas for PACK PLUS and PRINT. No longer will I be coming here to print or to ask a question about printing something, they NEVER acknowledge a person standing right in front of them! Worse service EVER! Office Depot here I come.

I was having some trouble printing but the store manager Christian stopped what he was doing and assisted me. Awesome!

They charged for 2 package and later we found out the 2nd package didn’t delivered due to unknown reason. Then we went to the shop for refund, they said call customer service. We have been calling customer service 3 times, every time they say someone will contact you. It has been almost a month no one calls. Every time I speak to someone from customer service, they can’t even speak well in English. FedEx is a mess, if you want to lose more money sending packages to overseas then good luck with their poor, unprofessional customer service. Also this is how they are going to make you give up on getting back your money. Also my brother sent me a picture of invoice that they have to pay 51$ for something. This is stealing in the day light. Will never ever use FedEx and will not let them have my money.

Christian assisted me at this location with getting my 'Rush your passport' service that Fedex does for renewals. I'd had some hiccups with other locations that had not had working cameras to take the passport photo, and another location had told me to ask for him after they called to confirm this location's equipment was working for the photo. Christian got me in & out in under 10 minutes and was courteous & professional throughout, and even waived the cost of the photos because of the issues I'd had at previous locations. It was a great customer service experience.

The employee (black female) working on Sunday has very lethargic attitude and does not care much attending customers.huge training and attitude gaps that needs fix.

I give 3 stars for convenience and fast self service print and fax but the priced are ridiculous. $10.00 for 3 minutes on the computer and to fax 2 pages. I won't use the services again but this was a processing issue

Christian the store manager was a lifesaver with our wedding escort cards. He saw my vision and helped make it happen. He was a great help and I’d recommend this location for printing every time!

Hey Fedex.it sounds like the people have spoken. I know covid was tough, but it sounds like people have been trying to tell you about your bad employees for a decade. Maybe just.idk fire 100% of them and get better ones? Do you have toddlers in HR?

I was in a bit of a hurry and the self print station had a limit on copies per transaction. Dare basically saved my life and helped me print all the copies I needed. I honestly could not have been able to get it done and on time without him. And his calm attitude and friendliness encouraged me not to panic, hah. Will definitely be back!
