FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, Allen TX

Went in to return a package I literally just got for Walmart 1 hour before. I put it in the box the exact way it came with no filling in it. It wasn’t breakable either. The store manager asked me if this is how it came I said yes. He told me I need to buy filler for $4. I have never heard of this before. Just trying to rip customers off. Will never got back there again. No wonder there ratings are so low.

Not open when they are supposed to be open. Called in to corporate and they had no idea why no one was in the store.

I have come here a handful of times to print and return things.
Rick, Oscar and Arthur are the best of the best. They’re so sweet and helpful.
Specifically Oscar was just so helpful and kind to me and got the job done well.
The things I printed for my wedding look beautiful and they did a great job helping me!

They don’t open on time. Am here T 9: 43 am on Thursday and the door timing says they are open at 9: 00 am. And still the store is not open

Bald caucasian man with mask was at the front desk. Super rude. We asked for our envelope to be sealed, a basic safety request and he refused to do it because one person had just arrived. When I asked for it nicely to do it myself, he literally rolled his eyes at me and chucked it.

They make it so difficult to print here, especially wasting your time trying. Don’t waste your time at this location, go elsewhere!

We went to the store three times and each time the employees were very rude. We say hi, and they don’t even look up or respond. They seemed bothered or just hated their job. I got the sense that there was some discrimination because the treatment to other customers that did not look like minorities were treated much better than myself and my wife I will never go back to the store again do not recommend.

I don't know who runs this store, but whoever thought it was a great idea to lock the door during business hours and completely abandon your business needs a new job. I'll be driving out of my way to go somewhere else from now on and I hope the other people I saw standing around will do the same thing.

I avoid this store. Third visit where lone staff man was exceedingly rude to me and other customers. Rivaling USPS in poor customer service.

David is extremely rude every time I visit this location. I routinely overnight dozens of packages weekly but will not be returning again.
