FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, Dallas TX

One of the slowest Fedex. Everytime I come here I wait more than 15 minutes to get assistance. Get more workers here! I keep coming back here because it’s less than 1 Mile from me.this is the last time I come here.

Always helpful and prompt. Have used them for personal and corporate printing services (including numerous posters) and also shipping. Good people.

FedEx has lost my passport and birth certificate. These documents are not cheap to replace or have redone. Great customer service, all who I contacted were really apologetic. Doesn't help the fact that they lost my documents which could be used to steal my identity. I'm genuinely terrified that will be the case. Not going to go through FedEX. I've learned my lesson.

As a previous FXO employee this center is the best in Dallas, Texas. This team is a well oiled machine. You all are fast and efficient adding time back into my already busy schedule.

Soooo I’m a business owner and I’m looking for a new and cost effective way to ship my products. I came into this fedex a week ago to get some assistance on the best way to ship and the short lady who is always in there was SO UNHELPFUL! She told me they don’t ship on Mondays, She had an attitude and really wasn’t assisting me with my questions. I came back today to actually ship my product and the guy with the glasses (which is missing an arm on one side) was also UNHELPFUL. Charged my account twice, there was no discount on my account like I originally signed up for and my whole experience was dreadful! I will be looking for a new shopping partner Bc how horrible the customer service was.

Incompetent employees who don't even TRY to help after an expensive package was lost. Just told me to call another number.which also doesn't answer.just all badddd

Waited in line for 40 min because one guy and the guy behind the counter could have cared less as 4 of us walked out. I hope the managers listen because letting one customer cost you 4 customers isn’t good business

This place sucks! I was there for more than 20 minutes to send 1 simple envelope and could not get it done. Person that was helping me asked for my address 3 times and still got multiple things wrong. I left without sending my document. Tried to file a complaint and 1-800 number does not let you talk to a person, only computerized message. Will never ever go back there again. Sucks big time!

Always a pleasure. I had an issue with the self serve printer and the associate was able to quickly assist me.

Employer heled walk me thru the steps of what I needed to do. He was very customer aware and I was grateful for that!

Expect a wait for shipping as not many staff members during the day. Not really a big deal unless your in a rush.
They try to be helpful and nice.

Chaotic experience, uninformed employees, and very disorganized transaction. They were unable to issue a refund due to being out of the refund forms.
Don't plan on coming back. On the up side, the employee was apologetic that his co-workers were unable to help him out of the bind.

I dropped off packages at this place. It Opens 7 days a week which is great!

I've used this location several times to print emergency projects and they have come through each time with a quality product.

The last 2 times I've needed stuff printed there were multiple people (3-4) in line and 1 employee was taping boxes while everyone stood in line waiting for more than 10 minutes. The 2nd employee was helping a customer but having a casual conversation, not worried about those waiting. After being asked if someone was able to help the employee taping boxes mentioned only 2 employees were onsite and continued taping. Multiple customers just walked out (not to mention without a greeting or we'll be with you in a moment) including myself for the 2nd consecutive visit. I'll just drive down the street to another FedEx so I don't waste my time here at this location.

Staff can't figure out how to scan a file. "Come back when the one girl gets here. " With a TON of attitude. Seriously? FEDEX - TRAIN YOUR STAFF HOW TO PUSH BUTTONS ON YOUR MACHINES! EPIC FAIL!

This location takes forever! If you have time to wait 15-20 minutes in line and the cashier yell out, 'Be right with y'all, have patience' then come here.

Nemo is the best! He has professionally packed a lot of vintage equipment and fragile items that have gotten me rave feedback on orders. I do all my packing and shipping here. Love it!
