Had 24x36 mounted posters made same-day for a wedding. They were responsive and were willing to commit to the tight turnaround when no one else was. Only nit was that I separately ordered some photos on 110lb paper, but what I received was much thinner paper. I have a feeling that if I'd caught it at pickup, they would have reprinted them. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and didn't realize until later.

I went there with A paper I needed (it was an emergency) and Rosa helped me. She looked all the possible ways to convert the paper into a PDF, or email to print it and at the end she screen shot it. It took at least 30 minutes for her to finish and she was always with a positive attitude. She has no idea of how important this document was for me and my family. Thank you so much!

Fedex has bad communication and customer service when we tried to have a package returned when there was a missing document. We were supposed to have our package returned two weeks ago. The best we can get now is a call back at best while still waiting for our package to return (still waiting). We can't get overnight shipping return on an overdue return or even a refund.

Customer service skill are lacking when it comes to answering the phone with "FedEx Allen, please hold" Inwas returning a missed call from them that my package had arrived and I was needing the address. 28 minutes and 2 postal centers later I walked into the store still on hold to pick up my package. I was calling to be sure I would be able to pick up my package before closing as I was heading home from work in Frisco.

I ordered a printing job online. Somehow they processed the same order twice and charged me twice (over $100). I called them and after 30 minutes they did nothing. They didn't have all the information and kept me on hold. And they told me they used extra binder for free ($100 vs $1) so I should be happy!

Assistant manager refused to give me a refund on a botched print job unless I gave him my personal phone number and address. The transaction was processed minutes earlier, and there was a receipt present (and still warm from printing). Having to explain to a bank why they needed to reverse the charge was, to say the least, an awkward conversation.

I needed to get several documents notorized, copied and shipped. No problems and the whole process took about 20 minutes. No issues - but kind of expensive - ~$22.00 per for 2nd day delivery.

Dropped off color printing for copies. Very clean and attractive place. Staff is too busy with their noses in computers to greet you or wait on you. Picking up order was even worse. Waited in line for 15 minutes while two employees worked on computers the entire time and one waited reluctantly on customers. Never a greeting, just "who's next". It won't be me again.

All of your printing needs under one roof (as well as shipping). Maybe not all under one roof - as I understand from a rep there that any actual design work is sent to India. But if you design yourself or just need printing work, the quality is good, if a little pricey.

This is a great center. Yes, sometimes you have to get someone's attention when you need help on the floor, but they are always kind, courteous and attentive to detail. I know many of them by first name now. They are great, and they get the job done!

Staff is too busy in their computers to answer a simple question, where to drop off prepaid package. Just ridiculous!

No one is there to help, even after I asked for it, they kept me waiting and finally I did it myself.also one staff gave me the wrong information about one fax machine which can also scan! " so much for product knowledge"!
customer service was way below expectations unfortunately.

THIS STORE IS 24 HOURS! AND IT DOES EVERYTHING THAT A FEDEX KINKOS CAN DO! I really liked how clean it was and a very nice lady helped me with the fax and she did it with a smile. They have a pic of kids up for their store on another search engine.cute! Everything is easy and up to date.

Very helpful staff! As soon as you walk in someone welcomes you and tries to help you out with anything you ask about.
I live in a neighbor city, but I still go to this FedEx because of their good service

I will put Zero stars Terrible customer service. None of the people that work there can help with using their computers. But you will still be charge formtye time wasted not having getting the job done, couldnt print because I wasn't able to log on my email and ask for assistance but they didn't care at all.they wont help at all

I dropped off a package which postage I had preprinted. They wrapped some more clear tape over the label. Quick service with a smile. Good place.
