15What is the point to open on Sat? Working like a turtle.have to wait for more than 10 minutes just for drop off. Guys in there was so busy talking.no wonder don’t matter what FeDex trying to do.can not compare to UPS.
Awful customer support. They refused to pack a picture frame unless I purchased a 30 dollar box from them. The shipping price? Over 250 dollars. They service reps were rude and uncompromising.
Would never recommend this store. You’re best off going to the post office or UPS.
Do not use this FedEx office
On last week I had a very (expensive) package I needed sent out in 2 days. One bald headed guy at the counter didn't inform me that tge Memphis hub was backed up so I paid for 2 day shipping and my package is STILL in Memphis when it was supposed to be in Baltimore this past Monday. I paid 40 dollars for 2 day shipping and its now been 6 days. This office is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional & they're claiming they won't refund me my 40 dollars do not come to this office and ship your things out they won't give you right information they just want your money & could care less if your packages get to where they're supposed to & on time.
Jeremy has been consistently excellent in explaining my options and taking care of my orders. Thanks for his super customer service
Quick, easy and clean. The store wasn’t busy and I was able to get a self serve computer right when I walked in. I was able to figure things out myself.
The computer froze on the print receipt option, as I waited for it to send they helped another guest with his issue. Once they were done I asked about my issue and they quickly offered to print it and assured me they’d shut it down to not allow it to go back on my transaction potentially.
I had a shipping job and a printing job, Jeremy helped me with both. He went above and beyond and was SO incredibly friendly and helpful. The best customer service I have received anywhere in a very long time!
Jeremy has great customer service, store was really busy when I walked in and he made sure everyone was being acknowledged.

Great service! Very nice employees, very efficient. I design and ordered a poster online last night for the business reopening, they got it done this morning!
Their hours of operation says they are open till 8 pm on Saturday. I placed a printing order at almost 3 hours prior to pickup time of 7.30pm which I received in an email. My print job was of 25 pages only. I called them just before 6 to confirm no one picked up. I get there by 7.30pm and the place was closed. If I had known of their dishonesty, I would have gladly paid extra to local shop to get my job done on time. I called customer service their reply was even more pathetic and said they can't do anything about it. I know due to FedEx's super lame service I had stopped using them as my courier. I am going to not use any of their services in totality! Shame on you guys!
The WORST customer service I've ever had. Said they were too busy to help me in store and that I had to place an order. I explained that I had driven over 20 minutes to get there and they were the only place open late. They refused still. I explained that this is the WORST customer service I've ever had. Shannon, who refused to help me, agreed they she had provided terrible service! Go to another location or somewhere else completely. The employees here are not helpful.
Clean, friendly staff, easy to shop.all in all, it is a good place to get copies and ship packages without a long wait if u need to hurry.
Wait time is just super crazy, I don’t know why they don’t hire more people, I went Sunday and they had one person, We Monday had two people, there are 9 people plus me.
The person who helped me was slow and not courteous at all. Instead of telling me Chrome does not work she said Internet Explorer is better after I spent more than 5 minutes trying to print a 2 page doc from Chrome. The service charge was running by the second and she said she would refund $3.04 which was the time it took me to wait for help. Later on she told the cashier to refund 1 min of my time which is 45 cents! It's not the money that matters! It's the attitude of that young lady that sucks.
