22 Horrible employees. No one said a word when I walked in, but greeted the customer who walked in after me (we were the only two in the store).
They messed up my printing order and gave me someone else’s) but instead of apologizing she just handed it to me and walked away.
Customer service matters, but apparently not at this location.
We paid $62 for overnight shipping on an envelope with urgent documents. After they pick up the package we get notified that it will be delivered one day late. We call customer service to figure out what to do, since this is an urgent package. After 70 minutes on the phone the supervisors say they found our package, and would be able to expedite it to a ship center so we can pick it up there instead. Once we get there the next day, we’re told the package haven’t arrived and won’t arrive for another day. We then call multiple different representatives and supervisors and they all say different things. One said: “It shipped this morning at 5am”, another one “it says it already arrived”, another one “it hasn’t shipped”, “you only paid for 2 day shipping”, and “no that’s impossible”. It’s as if they all work for different companies.
Very poor customer service. They don't provide receipts for droped off items and are very rude, unsatisfactory.
Very helpful and easy to use printer, scanner, copier service on a credit card. Staff helpful if they are needed to assist.
This is the worst and slowest location that I know of I rather drive out that way instead of the convenience of it being down the street because the people are extremely slow and have no sense of urgency I came in several days early and I sit and wait for way too long to where I have to leave and just go to a whole new location I do not recommend this location at all
Service was terrible, Gentleman at the counter was too busy talking to his coworker to assist anyone in the store.
Worthless employes, rude, ignorant, dont help for nothing, they kept saying no to all my questions and requests to help me, no one should ever come here.
Worse FedEx location in DFW. Employees joking and playing around while there is a line of customers. If you feel like wasting 20 minutes of you time to ship something then go here. Very mismanaged.
Terrible experience every time. The staff could not care less about your time or project. I will only be using the FedEx on Bryant Irvin from now on.
Poor service, tried to print a legal document but was given no help. Was told there was only 1 type of paper to go on. Had to go to the Fedex downtown.
5 Stars. I went here few years back and service was terrible. I took a chance and a friendly young lady Laquita helped me and went the extra mile. It is refreshing to see such dedication in this day and age. Thank you/.
Great to have but when you have to go take care of something very important, it would be nice for them to open at the advertised time.other then that these people are ok
These guys were amazing! We had a consonant event and needed A LOT of donate printed. With a Skelton crew in a Sunday, last minute, they got 30 pieces of signage printed for us same day! Not only that, we came by to pick up the items and had to get a couple last minute signs printed. Not only did we get the signs printed but Lane let us stay late to get our job done. Huge thanks to both Matt and Lane for 5 star customer service.
Ask for Jana she is the best! Very knowledgeable and understands customer service. Only coming to this location from here on out.
I’m a DM for a local sales & service company. I came in to the fed ex office today to ship some very important items and was assisted by Tito. Tito was very patient and and made sure my customer needs were filled. He is the type of person I look for when I recruit. FedEx is lucky to have him!
I called to confirm when the store closed. I was told 6: 30. It is 6: 14 and the damn store is closed.
Really bad customer service Mat the manager didn’t even have a friendly attitude he was so mean just awful. People with that attitude should not be working in his position as manager. They are supposed to make you feel welcomed not just o another client and what do they want.
In terms of service and quality, this location is easily five stars. They're always friendly and professional, and they've never gotten my order wrong. The lower rating is entirely based on the parking situation as well as other customers, as the parking is so small that it's reminiscent of Miami - door dings included! - and other customers appear to have no awareness of others around them, no matter whether or not they are walking or in their car.

Not sure what happened to this place but when I moved into the neighborhood the management and staff were friendly and helpful. Now they seem pissed off all the time and to ask them for something is like we are bothering them. I decided to get my printing at staples and I made the right choice. They value me as a customer.
