Very poor customer service from the employees. This location use to be good a couple years ago, not anymore.

I don’t recomment this location at all. Very poor experience. From the manager to the customer service, they were rude and unprofessional. There were three employees at the time I get in, and they left me unatended for no reason, even after I kindly asked them what I needed.

Poor customer service. I came in person to get estimates of $20 for 1 day shipping of the flat rate large box that weigh 20 pounds. Came next day to ship the box ended up using 10 pounds only. Surprise! It cost $160. They did not say sorry we gave you a wrong estimate for whatever reason, instead they kept arguing and arguing like it was my fault, arguments like that was only an estimate final price could change. Really! Change by > %600 in addition to other none sense excuses, like our prices change daily. They never said we are sorry. Just kept arguing and arguing arguing. I ended up paying what they ask for not even a 5% discount. After all that poor customer service finished I said: thank you. They did not say your welcome or thank you or any other humanly reply. I gave 2 stars is for the person who greeted me at the door with a smile. If you are the manager, I advice you to hire butter employee. Pay them more and you will get more customer volume. Hire people who have simple basic human common sense and skills like smiling, welcoming, not arguing, say sorry when you make a mistake even if mistake was done by your colleague. A simple reply like: “sorry you were given a wrong estimate yesterday” would not make unsatisfied to the point i would write this poor review.

I had a package that was lost. I spoke to Paige in the office and she was able to find my package and let me know that it had been delivered. This find saved me $200.00 Thank you so much Paige

Fantastic experience The two times I was in this store in a week, I had no clue what I was doing. Scan to pdf and send by email. Manager patiently helped me and slowly showed me how to use machine but stuck with me. I so appreciated this. I was a hot mess when I arrived and this store helped make my day a success. I’m from out of town so loved the welcome to Houston!

Do not go here to get your passport photo taken. They were rude and the photo was too close I couldn’t even use it for my passport. They provided careless, useless and rude customer service. Waste of time and money

This location was amazing. Both Tamika and Jessica were helpful. Jessica was super patient with my last minute project. She gave me great tips and even helped me find what I needed around the store. I can't thank her enough. Love this location.

Do not use the computers here! I needed to stop in and print a 6 page PDF file and decided to use their rent by the MINUTE computer. The computers have been throttled back so badly it's not even funny. I've been here 10 minutes downloading a 1.5mb PDF, this is a scam!

The staff are helpful and professional in my view. (1). They ask if any one just needs to drop off packages ready to be scanned in, which is good for everyone and operation efficiency. (2) One package I sent there was left off by the pickup driver. The manager expedited the shipment and ensured that it will arrive as paid for. Will be back to this office.

PS.it is also my experience that the long time sometimes are created by customers pooling teeth filling in the paperwork or not sure what they want.

Slowest experience I’ve ever had shipping anything. It should not take an hour for me to ship a pre-addressed packet of papers. I politely printed and packed my shipment at the back and entered the line when I was completely finished and ready to ship, just to watch customers (who came in AFTER ME) have the only working associate walk them through the packing process IN THE LINE. Absolutely zero focus on expediting the growing line of 8-10 people. USPS would have asked these customers to step aside to make room for those of us who came prepared. There was another associate on site, but it appears she was just hiding in the back instead of being a team player. I pay a premium to use FedEx vs. USPS, but I see no reason to return after this experience.

Horrible service from who I assumed was the manager (had one long black braid). There was no line and she was counting their cash register. I told her I was in a time constraint and needed to pick up someone before 6: 30 or I would receive a fee (I was only there for an overnight shipping envelope- my next destination was 5 min away-it was 6: 05 when I entered), she rolled her eyese and her reply was" we all got stuff and gotta to be somewhere" with a tone that I perceived as annoyed that I was asking her to stop doing a closing Duty and to assist the only client in the lobby.horrible and rude.

Lady with the one long braid is rude! I was watching her roll her eyes at the customers that she had helped. Then she was completely rude and acted like she was doing me a favor! This will be my last time there. Which is sad because the guy that use to work was great!

I went there and she was a brown colored woman who does not speak justice and now FedEx has lost acustomer from this woman if she does not want to work tell hem go home very bad service and not helping 4/2/2018

I've been there 3-4 times so far
Slow. Only one employee is there at any time, weekday or weekend. Slow. Takes them forever to type in the address or print or copy something. Slow. Some of the comments I heard were not very professional. Did I mention they were slow?

I was in a hurry and I had to make copies asap. The file I had to print was on my phone and the gentleman that works there who's name I do not recall was helpful. Told me how I could get it printed and did it, checked me out and done.

There was an extremely helpful gentleman who helped me through my passport photos process. I wish I have asked for his name. Next time I will be there, I will ask for him, write a review for him. Unfortunately, not all workers are as helpful as him.

Do not hang up customer is making suggestions to make your service better.

If you guys can not get the signiture on Friday for dilivery and customer still wanna get package sooner then do something.

Or explain nicely why holdup request takes more thank 24 hrs therefore I can not get my package pickup.

Simply we are busy and talk us later kinda attitude looks really bad.

Arrived 9am. Supposed to open at 0730. No one there, door is locked. Whoever was supposed to be working April 27 th needs to get their ass fired or at least not paid for the time they were late. I worked a 12 hour night shift then drove out of my way to stop there on my way home from work. If I could give 0 stars I would. Management needs to ensure their employees are actually showing up to work.
