Horrible customer service. The white trash looking lady was unhelpful and very sarcastic. I asked her about the FedEx process and she looked at me like I should know how it works. As if I work there and send out fed ex packages daily. She didn't even have a name tag. Unprofessional. Hint thats why she is working at DG. I would advise to go to a regular FedEx which what I would have done but it was Sunday and after 5pm
