I swear these people get to pick whether they want to deliver packages or not. There has been numerous occasions where my packages have been delayed for “weather conditions“ and the weather is perfectly fine which means the driver must just not want to deliver my package that day.this tends to happen when the packages are heavy then they just sit for days until somebody finally decides they will deliver it. It’s ridiculous and incredibly frustrating to take off work to be available to sign for a package only for it to get delayed for absolutely no reason!

Nice small location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Came to this location to return a package. The line was pretty long when I was there but moves along very quickly. Would definitely come to this location again. It isn't conveniently located.

Drove 21 miles to this location to return two gifts using QR codes supplied by the companies the gifts were from. First employee said “We don’t do that here. ” I advised they had, in fact, done so before, and pointed out the large advertising sign on the wall saying they did so, including printing labels. Manager and employee then said they couldn’t help me because their “return system is down. ” Had no other suggestions besides coming back later, and clearly had no interest in problem solving or thinking outside of the box. Very poor service.

Drove to nearest Fedex Office and very helpful and professional Leon suggested I email screenshots of the QR codes to the business’s email address, which he provided. He printed them out and attached them to the boxes and told me he would make sure they got entered later, when the system came back up. He even called 15 minutes later and said that they had gone through. That was outstanding service!

I had an overnight delivery for Friday, stayed home all morning to sign for my package and without a knock at the door or a doorbell being rung, they leave a note on the door stating no-one one was home and now I have to wait until monday! This is bull.

No one will answer the phone. It's automated only and it will not let you talk to a person. They must not care if anyone uses them.

I cannot say enough about the great service I received when I was dealing with a customs problem. Robert Stevens went above and beyond to get my package cleared and to my daughter in South Korea. After 8 days of talking to service reps over the phone to no avail, Robert was able to connect me to the correct people and make it happen. In a world here customer service is rare, it is great to see some people still care about the customer and go the extra mile.

They just left over $300.00 worth of Christmas gifts in boxes in the rain on my front porch when my carport is dry, empty and visible from the road. Must not care at all.

Delivery driver was here Friday morning and delivered 1 of 2 packages she looked truck for a few minutes for snd package that showed to be on truck. She told me when she found it on her truck she would be back same day if It wasn't on her truck it would be delivered Saturday here it is Monday and a FedEx van just went by and I still don't have package. Tried calling Tyler tx office but can't get a person on phone just a computer telling me if I don't have tracking number they can't help me. This box has wheels for my wheelchair in it and I'm stuck without them Thanks fedex

Having problems with delivery.
Medical that needs to be refrigerated.
Say wrong address/ can't find house.
Right on main highway.
Easy to see large numbers on mailbox on highway.

Great service, friendly and helpful employees. I had an issue with my payment method and the gentleman who assisted me was very patient and helped us figure out a solution.
