This sorting and ship center will lose packages and try to tell you it's been shipped to holding locations. The company needs to investigate the location thoroughly for possible corruption amongst the staff.

We went to pick up a LIVE animal, theyre usually open at 7: 30 and whatnot.we explained to the woman that it was a live reptile and they cant regulate their own body temperatures, and she turned us away.maybe i'm being overdramatic, but im actually super upset as i have to wait another atleast 30 minutes to pick her up.super upset with the service.

This is a terrible location. It lives up to the saying "Only in the Hood". I have never experienced a worse FEDEX.

FedEx has had My pkg for 3wks now. Claims to not be able to locate my address. Confirmed the address & have received several texts saying that they'd deliver today. Each day there's been a delay since 8/14-8/25. Still don't have my pkg. Nobody knocks on the door, I got 1 phone call on the 1st attempt & nothing since then. I'm at hm everyday. Believe that they've either lost or stolen the pkg. This location is in DeSoto tx, the Hutchins facility has the pkg. When I called I was given the DeSoto tx address for pkup. Just been given the runaround. It's absolutely ridiculous! Even Recvd 2 phone calls from the "resolutions dept", ensuring me that the pkg would be delivered. What an absolute joke! Reading the reviews of the Hutchins facility, I'll never get the item. Ppl shouldn't have to deal w/this kind of pathetic service!

The lady at the front desk inside of the center was very rude and aggressive. I don't know if she was having a bad day.

Highly frustrated with this facility and FedEx in general at the moment. I paid $75 for overnight priority express home delivery before noon. It didn’t happen. It was a live animal with special packaging, labels, licensing etc.thankfully the buyer there in Texas was willing to go pick up the package so it didn’t sit who knows where for another day. Upon calling I found out that FedEx does not actually have ANY ACCOUNTABILITY whatsoever for overnight delivery. So you pay stupid amounts of money for a service that they may or may not provide with no repercussions if they don’t! To top it off my lady went there to pick up the package and was told to try again tomorrow. Even though I called in advance and was told it was there and would be ready to be picked up! My lady was set aside TWICE before finally the employee went and got her the package. This is not ok FedEx! Don’t offer a service you can’t provide or have no intention of making right when you do mess up!

I had a phone overnighted to me which I had left in a car at Oakland Airport. It was supposed to be delivered to the house I was visiting in DeSoto on Friday. I got a notice about noon that my package could not be delivered until Monday, when I will be on the Gulf coast. So we drove to the center in Lancaster, and the helpful woman at the counter said the address on the package was wrong. In my stress and haste in trying to get the phone shipped I had added a 2 to the address. So she told me that I could pick it up at 7. I went back to DeSoto and took a nap, and when I woke up, I had a new message saying my phone had been delivered! That wonderful worker at the counter there must have phoned the driver and had it delivered. THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I was given a delivery time of 3pm to 8pm.pkg required a signature. Driver shows up at 12: 30 pm. I spoke to Driver via Ring doorbell and told him I was close by and I needed this pkg delivered today dye tivits critical nature and he was 3 hours early. I told him I could be at my address in 20 mins. Driver left with no reply. I called CS and they supposedly rerouted 5 pkg to be redelivered the same day but after 3pm. I was back at my address at 2pm. I waited until 8pm, but still no pkg. Called CS only to find out Driver came back @130.still no delivery.not to mention 2 weeks before thus, I received a pkg where I watch the Druver throw the pkg against the stone wall near the door, and 5 glass items were shattered. The delivery company had to reimburse me due to thier negligence. ITS UPS or Amazon or even snail mail before I would ever send anything with Fed Ex.

WORST PLACE EVER. I'm surprised they get any delivery correct.they've lost multiple packages of mine, most recently a check from my bank to the dealership for a new vehicle.they've delivered to wrong addresses in the past claiming I lied until I showed them camera footage of the driver lying. WORST SERVICE EVER!

I just moved to an area that this shipping center services and this is by far the worst courier service I’ve experienced in my life. I live in a gated community which the courier uses as an excuse to mark my packages undeliverable. I’ve given instructions on the gate code and the drivers just decide to ignore them. And FedEx customer service is no help either. Twice I have had to drive to the shipping center to pick up my packages that I paid next-day delivery for. It just seems like a case of lazy, unreliable people not wanting deliver packages.

I would have paid extra to use a different shipping company than to have to deal with FedEx again.

Claimed to have made two delivery attempts to my apartment, both days I was home and no one knocked or called.

Driver must have seen the gate was closed and instead of asking the front office to open the gate like all other shipping companies do. They just left and claimed they made a delivery attempt.

The front office is not gated, only the apartment buildings.

If I could leave 0 stars, I definitely would. Some members of the staff have terrible attitudes and poor customer service. Lots of misinformation. It was by far the lost frustrating experience I've ever had.

I start my job Monday.
Been waiting on FedEx since Thursday to receive my equipment. They told me 23 now the 24. Waiting the whole day outside while they fix my house, FedEx never showed up. Now it's the 25th: Tried to deliver no one was there. Now my equipment for work is delayed. The driver needed to fired if they not going to deliver. Shouldn't take three day when I stay in LANCASTER

The people here are overly rude. Every question I asked, they ignored me and just kept asking me questions. I left there so frustrated that I was even wondering if I had included everything in my packaging. It's like they were trained to go above and beyond being rude. Don't think they like what they do and take it out on everyone that walks in.

Bad service I have problems with an envelope that I have not received they say it is in a branch I go and they say they have already delivered it and no one is responsible
