FedEx Ship Center, Kerrville TX

The associate was so helpful. The center was not busy and they have an automatic door, which comes in handy for oversized packages.

This FedEx works quite well and I went there at least a dozen times. Never had an issue and my packages always made it to the destination. So I am happy with them.

I never got satisfied with dealing.person was polite.but my package supposedly was delivered & left at my garage.there isn't any garage in this RV park.plus all i got was a run around.oh I had a blurry picture of the alleged garage I don't have. I have little faith in Federal express ground. I will never use them to send anything.

I ship live animals through this Fedex and have always had a lovely experience dropping them off here. The gentleman who receives that majority of my packages is so kind and genuine. I trust that my babies are treated respectfully while at this facility.

My food box was marked as delivered two days ago. Thank goodness the company refunded me, despite this not being their issue. My box of food arrived two days LATE and the ice packs were hot and melted. SIX MEALS THROWN IN THE TRASH! This is unacceptable.

My overnight package was once again delivered to the wrong address. Fed Express has not correctly delivered to my house in at least 15 years.

We live on a ranch out in the country. Every time we get a delivery driver fails to follow the delivery instructions and leaves the packages out by the county road where they can easily be stolen. I have complained at least 10 times to the office in Kerrville, where most of the time the packages depart, on their way to our property. Our gate is 6/10 of a mile from our house. The delivery instructions are specific, deliver to the house, and include the electric gate code so the driver can enter the property. Terrible service! UPS on the other hand always follows the instructions and delivers to our house.
